Pt. biona ceudah rupa adalah perusahaan skincare berbasis riset pertama di aceh yang menggunakan zat aktif nilam melalui proses distilasi molekuler. dalam pelaksanaan proses bisnis, perusahaan ini menghadapi permasalahan utama berupa belum adanya dokumentasi alur proses bisnis yang jelas dan konsisten, yang berdampak pada efisiensi dan efektivitas operasional. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang proses bisnis di pt. biona ceudah rupa guna meningkatkan mutu, efisiensi, dan efektivitas kerja. metode yang digunakan adalah business process management (bpm) dan pemodelan notasi business process model and notation (bpmn), dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak bizagi modeler. proses dimulai dengan mengidentifikasi seluruh kegiatan proses bisnis yang berlangsung di perusahaan dan menghasilkan arsitektur proses. selanjutnya, dilakukan proses discovery atau pengumpulan informasi terkait proses bisnis yang ada, yang dipetakan ke dalam bentuk as-is model. as-is model ini terdiri dari 54 task/activity, 1 parallel gateway, 3 exclusive gateway, dan 2 sub-process dengan total waktu 503.880 menit. analisis menggunakan cause and effect diagrams guna mengidentifikasi beberapa penyebab utama masalah dalam proses bisnis. berdasarkan analisis tersebut, dilakukan perbaikan dengan merancang to-be model yang mencakup 43 task/activity, 5 parallel gateway, 3 exclusive gateway, dan 5 sub-process dengan total waktu 122.400 menit. hasil dari rancangan proses bisnis ini digunakan sebagai dasar untuk peningkatan mutu dan efisiensi operasional perusahaan. kata kunci: proses bisnis, business process management (bpm), business process model and notation (bpmn), as-is-model, to-be-model.

Abstract
PT Biona Ceudah Rupa is the first research-based skincare company in Aceh that uses patchouli active substances through a molecular distillation process. In the implementation of business processes, this company faces a major problem in the form of the absence of clear and consistent business process flow documentation, which has an impact on operational efficiency and effectiveness. This research aims to design business processes at PT Biona Ceudah Rupa to improve the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of work. The method used is Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) modeling, using Bizagi Modeler software. The process begins with identifying all business process activities that take place in the company and producing process architecture. Next, a discovery process or information gathering related to existing business processes is carried out, which is mapped into the As-Is Model. This As Is Model consists of 54 tasks/activities, 1 parallel gateway, 3 exclusive gateways, and 2 sub-processes with a total time of 503.880 minutes. Analysis using Cause and Effect Diagrams to identify some of the main causes of problems in the business process. Based on the analysis, improvements were made by designing a To-Be Model that included 43 tasks/activities, 5 parallel gateways, 3 exclusive gateways, and 5 sub-processes with a total time of 122.400 minutes. The results of this business process design are used as a basis for improving the quality and efficiency of company operations.
