Abstrak pelat lantai bondek menjadi salah satu alternatif yang menggantikan metode konvensional dalam upaya mewujudkan proyek bangunan yang efisien dalam hal biaya, waktu dan mutu. pelat bondek/ floordeck dijadikan sebagai alternatif dengan banyak keunggulan seperti rapi, kokoh dan pemasangan yang mudah dibandingkan penggunaan kayu/ plywood sebagai bekisting pada pengecoran karena proses pemasangan dan penggunaannya yang kurang efisien. namun, harga bondek dipasaran tidaklah semurah jika dibandingkan dengan bekisting yang digunakan pada metode pelat konvensional. hal tersebutlah yang menjadi latar belakang pada penelitian ini. oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan biaya pembangunan pelat lantai konvensional menggunakan bekisting kayu/ plywood dan pembangunan pelat lantai menggunakan bondek pada pembangunan aula kodam iskandar muda di neusu jaya, kota banda aceh. berdasarkan shop drawing, data spesifikasi bahan, harga satuan bahan dan upah, dan juga referensi lainnya, langkah pertama yaitu dibuat perhitungan struktur pelat lantai konvensional lebih dahulu dan dihitung volumenya. kemudian dibuat analisa harga satuan pekerjaan dengan mengacu pada peraturan permen pupr no. 08 tahun 2023 dan beberapa ahsp sebelumnya yang tidak mengalami pembaruan juga survei harga bahan/ material dan upah tenaga kerja di pasaran lalu dilakukan perhitungan biaya (rab) pembangunan pelat lantai konvensional dan pelat lantai bondek. setelah didapatkan total biaya dari masing-masing pelat lantai selanjutnya kedua hasil tersebut akan dibandingkan dan dicari selisih perbedaan harga diantara keduanya. hasil yang diperoleh dari perhitungan pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa biaya pembangunan pelat lantai bondek lebih murah 4,90% dengan total biaya rp. 3.025.160.635,89 dibandingkan dengan pelat lantai konvensional yang memiliki biaya sebesar rp. 3.177.191.346,20 dan selisih biayanya rp. 152.030.710,30. kata kunci: pelat lantai, perbandingan rab, metode konvensional, metode bondek

Abstract Bondek floor plates are an alternative that replaces conventional methods in an effort to create building projects that are efficient in terms of cost, time and quality. Bondek/floordeck plates are used as an alternative with many advantages such as being neat, sturdy and easy to install compared to using wood/plywood as formwork in casting because the installation and use process is less efficient. However, the price of bondek on the market is not as cheap as compared to the formwork used in the conventional plate method and this is the background to this research. Therefore, the aim of this research is to compare the costs of constructing conventional floor slabs using wooden/plywood formwork and constructing floor slabs using bondek in the construction of the Iskandar Muda Military Command Hall in Neusu Jaya, Banda Aceh City. Based on shop drawings, material specification data, unit prices for materials and wages, and also other references, the first step is to calculate the conventional floor plate structure first and then the volume. Then carry out an analysis of the unit price of work with reference to PUPR Ministerial Regulation No. 08 of 2023 and several previous AHSPs that were not updated also survey the prices of materials/materials and labor wages in the market and then calculate the costs (RAB) of constructing conventional floor slabs and bondek floor slabs. After obtaining the total cost of each floor plate, next, the two results will be compared and the price difference between the two will be looked for. The results obtained from calculations in this research show that the cost of building a bondek floor plate is 4,90% cheaper with a total cost of Rp. 3.025.160.635,89 compared to conventional floor plates which have a cost of Rp. 3.177.191.346,20 and the cost difference is Rp. 152.030.710,30.
