Keberadaan gulma pada tanaman kedelai menyebabkan persaingan antara tanaman dan gulma, dalam hal unsur hara, air dan cahaya yang mengakibatkan pertumbuhan tanaman menjadi tidak normal. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik gulma pada tanaman kedelai akibat aplikasi campuran herbisida clomazone dan oksifluorfen. penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di desa blang krueng, kecamatan baitussalam, aceh besar dan laboratorium pengelolaan gulma, departemen agroteknologi, fakultas pertanian, universitas syiah kuala, banda aceh. penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada desember 2023 sampai dengan april 2024. rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak kelompok pola non faktorial menggunakan 8 perlakuan dengan 3 ulangan serta mendapatkan kombinasi sebanyak 24 satuan percobaan. peubah yang diamati adalah persentase pengendalian gulma, persentase penutupan gulma, individu gulma, spesies gulma dan bobot kering gulma yang diamati 2, 4, 6, 8 mst dan saat panen. campuran herbisida berpengaruh terhadap persentase pengendalian gulma, persentase penutupan gulma, individugulma, speseies gulma dana bobot kering gulma. aplikasi herbisida campuran clomazone 0,5 kg b.a ha-1 + oksifluorfen 0,5 kg b.a ha-1 mampu meningkatkan persentase gulma pada pengamatan 2, 4, 6, 8 mst dan saat panen, menurunkan persentase pengendalian gulma pada pengamatan 2, 4, 6, 8 mst dan saat panen, menurunkan individu gulma, spesies gulma dan bobot kering gulma pada tanaman kedelai. kata kunci : herbisida clomazone, herbisida oksifluorfen, karakteristik gulma, kedelai



Abstract

The presence of weeds in soybean plants causes competition between plants and weeds, in terms of nutrients, water and light which results in abnormal plant growth. This study aims to determine the characteristics of weeds in soybean plants due to the application of a mixture of clomazone and oxifluorfen herbicides. This research was conducted in Blang Krueng Village, Baitussalam District, Aceh Besar and Weed Management Laboratory, Department of Agrotechnology, Faculty of Agriculture, Syiah Kuala University, Banda Aceh. This research was conducted from December 2023 to April 2024. The research design used was a non-factorial pattern Randomized Group Design using 8 treatments with 3 replications and getting a combination of 24 experimental units. The observed variables were percentage of weed control, percentage of weed cover, individual weeds, weed species and dry weight of weeds observed 2, 4, 6, 8 WAP and at harvest. The herbicide mixture affected the percentage of weed control, percentage of weed cover, individual weeds, weed species and weed dry weight. Application of mixed herbicides clomazone 0.5 kg b.a ha-1 + oxifluorfen 0.5 kg b.a ha-1 was able to increase the percentage of weeds in observations 2, 4, 6, 8 WAP and at harvest, reduce the percentage of weed control in observations 2, 4, 6, 8 MST and at harvest, reduce individual weeds, weed species and weed dry weight in soybean plants.
