Korelasi penerapan sistem e-kinerja pegawai dengan kinerja anggaran pada skpd di pemerintah kota banda aceh oleh lisa susiana npm: 1801203010004 pembimbing: 1. dr. mirna indriani, s.e, m.si, ak. c.a 2. dr. fifi yusmita, s.e, m.si. abstrak penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji korelasi antara penerapan sistem e-kinerja pegawai dengan kinerja anggaran pada skpd pemerintah kota banda aceh. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 43 skpd di pemerintah kota banda aceh yang menggunakan sistem e-kinerja pegawai. teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh atau sensus, sampel dan sumber datanya diperoleh dari skpd yang menggunakan sistem e-kinerja sehingga total sampel adalah 43 skpd di pemerintah kota banda aceh. metode analisis data statistik nonparametris dalam penelitian ini adalah metode korelasi rank spearman yang diolah dengan program spss (statistical package for social science). hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem e-kinerja pegawai memiliki hubungan positif dengan kinerja anggaran. kata kunci: sistem e-kinerja pegawai, kinerja anggaran dan kinerja pegawai.

CORRELATION OF EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION WITH BUDGET PERFORMANCE AT SKPD IN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE BANDA ACEH CITY Oleh Lisa Susiana NPM: 1801203010004 Pembimbing: 1. ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the correlation between the implementation of the employee e-performance system and budget performance at the Banda Aceh City Government SKPD. The population in this study were 43 SKPD in the Banda Aceh City Government that used the employee e-performance system. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling or census, the samples and data sources were obtained from SKPD using the e-performance system so that the total sample was 43 SKPD in the Banda Aceh City Government. The nonparametric statistical data analysis method in this study is the Spearman Rank correlation method which is processed with the SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) program. The results showed that the implementation of the employee e-performance system had a positive relationship with budget performance.
