Abstrak penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh green perceived quality dan green perceived value terhadap green loyalty yang dimediasi oleh green trust pada produk tumbler di kota banda aceh.teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu dengan purposive sampling sehingga didapatkan 190 responden pengguna produk tumbler di kota banda aceh.analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode partial least square (pls)untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel-variabel yang terlibat. berdasarkan hasil path analysismenunjukkan bahwa green perceived quality dan green perceived value berpengaruh signifikan terhadap green trust. green perceived quality, green perceived value dan green trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap green loyalty. kemudian berdasarkan hasil indirect effectditemukan bahwa green trustmemediasi secara parsial pengaruh green perceived qualitydan green perceived value terhadapgreen loyalty. kata kunci : green loyalty, green perceived quality, green perceived value, green trust

Abstract
ABSTRACT This research aims to see the influence of green perceived quality and green perceived value on green loyalty which is mediated by green trust in Tumbler products in Banda Aceh City. The sampling technique was purposive sampling so that 190 respondents who used Tumbler products in Banda Aceh City were obtained. Data analysis in this research uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method to determine the influence between the variables involved. Based on the results of path analysis, it shows that green perceived quality and green perceived value have a significant effect on green trust. Green perceived quality, green perceived value and green trust have a significant effect on green loyalty. Then, based on the indirect effect results, it was found that green trust partially mediates the influence of green perceived quality and green perceived value on green loyalty..
