Abstrak penelitian ini bertujuan guna menganalisis kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah kabupaten/kota di provinsi aceh dengan menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif dengan mengamati 4 rasio keuangan. data yang dipergunakan ialah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah (lkpd) kabupaten/kota aceh tahun anggaran 2019 hingga 2022. rasio analisis yang dipergunakan terdiri dari rasio kemandirian, rasio efektifitas pad, rasio keserasian belanja, rasio pertumbuhan keuangan. hipotesis penelitian tersebut akan diuji perbedaannya menggunakan uji statistik non-parametrik yaitu uji wilcoxon. hasil penelitian menunjukan tidak ada perbedaan signifikan kemandirian keuangan daerah, efektifitas keuangan daerah dan keserasian belanja operasi kabupaten/kota aceh sebelum dan sesudah pandemi covid-19. sedangkan keserasian belanja modal dan pertumbuhan keuangan daerah kabupaten/kota aceh ada memperlihatkan perbedaan yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah pandemi covid-19. kata kunci: kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah, rasio analisis kinerja, lkpd.

Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the financial performance of District / City Local Governments in Aceh Province using descriptive statistical methods by observing 4 financial ratios. The data used is secondary data in the form of Regional Government Financial Statements (LKPD) of Aceh Regency / City for the 20192022 fiscal year. The analyzed ratios used consist of the Independence ratio, PAD effectiveness ratio, expenditure compatibility ratio, and financial growth ratio. The hypotheses of this study will be tested for differences using a non-parametric statistical test, namely the Wilcoxon test. The research results show that there is no significant difference in the regional financial independence, regional financial effectiveness, and operating expenditure harmony of the regencies/cities in Aceh before and after the COVID-19 pandemic. However, there is a significant difference in the capital expenditure harmony and regional financial growth of the regencies/cities in Aceh before and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
