Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi permintaan telur ayam ras dan bagaimana respon elastisitas terhadap permintaan telur ayam ras di kota banda aceh. penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program spss, menggunakan satu variabel terikat dan enam variabel bebas. data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa data time series bulanan dari januari 2019 sampai desember 2023.hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa variabel harga telur ayam ras, harga daging ayam pedaging, harga minyak goreng, harga beras, pendapatan perkapita dan perayaan hari besar keaagamaan maulid nabi besar muhammad saw di aceh secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap permintaan telur ayam ras di kota banda aceh. secara parsial, harga telur ayam ras berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap permintaan telur ayam ras, harga daging ayam pedaging berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap permintaan telur ayam ras, harga beras berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan, sedangkan harga minyak goreng berpengaruh negatif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap permintaan telur ayam ras di kota banda aceh. pendapatan perkapitan dan perayaan hari besar keaagamaan maulid nabi besar muhammad saw di aceh berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap permintaan telur ayam ras di kota banda aceh. berdasarkan niai elastisitas harga, permintaan telur ayam ras bersifat inelastis, berdasarkan elastisitas silang, daging ayam pedaging merupakanbarang subtitusi, sedangkan beras dan minyak goreng merupakan barang komplementer. berdasarkan nilai elastisitas pendapatan, telur ayam ras merupakan barang normal.

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the demand for chicken eggs and how the elasticity responds to the demand for chicken eggs in Banda Aceh City. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of the SPSS program, using one dependent variable and six independent variables. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of monthly time series data from January 2019 to December 2023. The results of the study showed that the variables of the price of chicken eggs, the price of broiler chicken meat, the price of cooking oil, the price of rice, per capita income and the celebration of the religious holiday of the Prophet Muhammad's birthday in Aceh simultaneously have a significant effect on the demand for chicken eggs in Banda Aceh City. Partially, the price of chicken eggs has a significant negative effect on the demand for chicken eggs, the price of broiler chicken meat has a significant positive effect on the demand for chicken eggs, the price of rice has a negative and significant effect, while the price of cooking oil has a negative but not significant effect on the demand for chicken eggs in Banda Aceh City. Per capita income and the celebration of the religious holiday of the Prophet Muhammad's birthday in Aceh have a positive and significant effect on the demand for chicken eggs in Banda Aceh City. Based on the price elasticity value, the demand for broiler chicken eggs is inelastic, based on cross elasticity, broiler chicken meat is a substitute good, while rice and cooking oil are complementary goods. Based on the income elasticity value, broiler chicken eggs are normal goods.
