Material merupakan sumber daya krusial yang mempengaruhi biaya dan waktu proyek. pengelolaan material yang efektif dapat meningkatkan kualitas proyek dan mengurangi biaya. studi ini menyoroti pentingnya analisis kebutuhan material sejak awal proyek untuk menghindari penundaan dan biaya tak terduga. meskipun penelitian tentang manajemen material telah dilakukan, analisis spesifik pada proyek konstruksi di banda aceh masih terbatas, menjadikan penelitian ini penting untuk perencanaan yang lebih baik. oleh karena itu, penting untuk dilakukan analisis kebutuhan dan biaya material pada proyek konstruksi di kota banda aceh. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dan biaya material pada proyek konstruksi di kota banda aceh. penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang didapatkan dari proyek pembangunan gedung kelas di min 8 banda aceh, data tersebut kemudian dianalisis hingga dapat menjawab masalah dalam penelitian ini. proses analisis dimulai dengan identifikasi kebutuhan material yang meliputi berbagai jenis bahan bangunan seperti semen, pasir, batu bata, besi, dan material lainnya yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan proyek. data kebutuhan material dikumpulkan melalui studi lapangan, wawancara dengan tim proyek, dan referensi dari dokumen perencanaan proyek. setelah data terkumpul, dilakukan perhitungan jumlah material yang dibutuhkan berdasarkan spesifikasi teknis dan volume pekerjaan. selanjutnya, biaya material dihitung dengan mengalikan jumlah kebutuhan material dengan harga satuan material yang diperoleh dari penyedia lokal. hasil analisis kebutuhan dan biaya material untuk proyek pembangunan min 8 banda aceh, yang mencakup 55 item material berbeda. total biaya material yang dibutuhkan mencapai rp.1.585.452.000,00. dari total biaya tersebut, lima item material dengan biaya terbesar adalah semen portland, besi beton ulir, besi beton polos, kayu klas iii, dan granit 60x60. semen portland memerlukan biaya sebesar rp.297.235.000,00, besi beton ulir rp.271.860.000,00, besi beton polos rp.161.560.000,00 kayu klas iii rp.126.140.000,00, dan granit 60x60 rp.86.000.000,00.

Materials are crucial resources that affect project costs and time. Effective material management can improve project quality and reduce costs. This study highlights the importance of analyzing material requirements from the start of a project to avoid delays and unexpected costs. Although research on materials management has been conducted, specific analysis on construction projects in Banda Aceh is still limited, making this research important for better planning. Therefore, it is important to carry out an analysis of material needs and costs for construction projects in the city of Banda Aceh. This research aims to identify material needs and costs for construction projects in the city of Banda Aceh. This research uses secondary data obtained from the Class Building Construction Project at MIN 8 Banda Aceh. This data is then analyzed to answer the problems in this research. The analysis process begins with identifying material needs which include various types of building materials such as cement, sand, bricks, iron and other materials needed to complete the project. Material requirements data was collected through field studies, interviews with the project team, and references from project planning documents. After the data is collected, the amount of material needed is calculated based on technical specifications and work volume. Next, material costs are calculated by multiplying the amount of material required by the unit price of the material obtained from local providers. Results of analysis of material needs and costs for the MIN 8 Banda Aceh construction project, which includes 55 different material items. The total cost of materials required reaches IDR 1.585.452.000,00. Of the total cost, the five material items with the largest costs are portland cement, threaded concrete iron, plain concrete iron, class III wood, and 60x60 granite.
