Perkembangan minat olahraga air di banda aceh dan aceh besar meningkat setiap tahunnya, hal ini ditunjukkan oleh meningkatnya pengunjung yang mendatangi kolam renang, dan adanya atlet renang yang menggunakan fasilitas kolam sebagai tempat berlatih. akan tetapi fasilitas yang dimiliki oleh kolam belum memenuhi standar yang dibutuhkan untuk atlet berlatih. aquatic center merupakan suatu tempat atau sarana prasarana penunjang aktifitas beberapa olahraga akuatik baik dalam bentuk pembinaan ataupun kompetisi. tujuan perancangan ini adalah menghadirkan sarana olahraga air yang berstandar internasional. aquatic center ini dapat memberikan beberapa manfaat seperti tersedia wadah sarana olahraga air yang memenuhi standar internasional, meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat melalui fasilitas olahraga air, meningkatkan atlet putra dan putri aceh di bidang olahraga air, dan menjadi sebuah iconic untuk daerah tersebut. hasil rancangan dari perancangan aceh aquatic center berupa gambar kerja arsitektural yang meliputi site plan, layout plan, denah, tampak, potongan, dan gambar perspektif 3d, serta perspektif interior dan eksterior bangunan. melalui penyediaan fasilitas sarana prasarana yang layak dan memadai agar para atlet dan pelatih dapat melakukan pembinaan atau pelatihan yang lebih intens dan serius lagi. tentunya dapat mengukir prestasi di bidang olahraga dapat mengarumkan daerah aceh di kancah nasional maupun internasional. kata kunci: aquatic center, olahraga, atlet, aceh.

The development of interest in water sports in Banda Aceh and Aceh Besar increases every year, this is indicated by the increasing number of visitors who come to the swimming pool, and the existence of swimming athletes who use the pool facilities as a place to practice. However, the facilities owned by the pool do not meet the standards needed for practicing athletes. Aquatic Center is a place or infrastructure to support the activities of several aquatic sports both in the form of coaching or competition. the purpose of this design is to present an international standard water sports facility. This aquatic center can provide several benefits such as the availability of water sports facilities that meet international standards, improve public health through water sports facilities, increase Aceh's male and female athletes in the field of water sports, and become an iconic for the area. The design results of the Aceh Aquatic Center Design are in the form of architectural working drawings which include site plan, layout plan, plan, view, cut, and 3D perspective drawings, as well as interior and exterior building perspectives. Through the provision of proper and adequate infrastructure facilities, athletes and coaches can conduct more intense and serious coaching or training.
