Aplikasi cbt usk adalah salah satu proyek perangkat lunak yang pernah dikembangkan oleh mahasiswa angkatan 2020 universitas syiah kuala (usk) yang merupakan hasil perombakan ulang dari aplikasi ujian berbasis komputer yang pernah dikembangkan oleh mahasiswa angkatan 2015 sebelumnya. aplikasi ini sebelumnya telah digunakan beberapa kali untuk beberapa ujian dan seleksi yang dilaksanakan di usk. namun aplikasi tersebut mengalami kegagalan pada ujian seleksi penerimaan calon peserta program pendidikan dokter spesialis (ppds) tahun 2023, sehingga aplikasi ini dibuat ulang secara keseluruhan dari awal dan aplikasi ini dinamakan aplikasi cbt usk. meskipun aplikasi ini telah selesai dibangun dan sebelumnya sudah digunakan beberapa kali untuk ujian, aplikasi ini belum memiliki patokan harga untuk disewakan. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan estimasi biaya pada aplikasi cbt usk yang telah dikembangkan menggunakan metode cocomo ii, dengan harapan dapat menyediakan informasi perkiraan biaya yang diperlukan untuk menentukan biaya sewa aplikasi tersebut, serta memberikan kontribusi yang berharga dalam peningkatan pengelolaan sumber daya dan perencanaan proyek perangkat lunak di lingkungan akademik. estimasi biaya dilakukan menggunakan submodel post-architecture, yang bertujuan untuk memperkirakan biaya dan usaha ketika arsitektur perangkat lunak telah didefinisikan dengan jelas, sehingga dapat menghasilkan estimasi yang lebih akurat. berdasarkan hasil perhitungan estimasi biaya menggunakan cocomo ii, didapatkan biaya dengan pedoman inkindo sebesar rp485.377.200 yang dikerjakan oleh 3 orang dalam waktu 11 bulan, sedangkan dengan pedoman ump aceh sebesar rp114.202.176. estimasi waktu dan personil yang dibutuhkan untuk pengembangan aplikasi memiliki perbedaan dengan jumlah waktu dan personil yang telah melakukan pengembangan aplikasi, dimana jumlah waktu yang telah dihabiskan untuk mengerjakan aplikasi cbt usk adalah selama 4 bulan dengan jumlah personil sebanyak 2 orang. kata kunci : computer-based test, estimasi biaya, cocomo ii, post-architecture model.

Aplikasi CBT USK is one of the software projects developed by students of the class of 2020 Syiah Kuala University (USK) students which is the result of a reorganization of the computer-based exam application previously developed by the 2015 batch of students. This application has previously been used several times for several exams and selections held at USK. However, the application failed in the 2023 Specialist Doctor Education Program (PPDS) Candidate Admission Selection exam, so this application was completely remade from scratch and this application is called Aplikasi CBT USK. Although this application has been completed and has previously been used several times for exams, this application has no benchmark price for rent. This study aims to estimating the cost of USK CBT Application that has been developed using COCOMO II method, in which it is expected to provide cost estimation information needed to determine the rental cost of the application, as well as provide a valuable contribution in improving resource management and software project planning in academic environment. Cost estimation is conducted by applying the Post-Architecture submodel, which aims to estimate costs and effort when the software architecture has been clearly defined, so as to produce a more accurate estimate. Based on the results of the calculation of cost estimation using COCOMO II, the cost obtained with INKINDO recommendations is Rp485.377.200 which is done by 3 people in 11 months, while with Aceh UMP recommendations is Rp114.202.176. The estimated time and personnel needed for application development has a difference with the amount of time and personnel who have done application development, where the amount of time that has been spent working on the USK CBT Application is for 4 months with the number of personnel as many as 2 people.
