Abstrak judul : pengaruh infrastruktur terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi inklusif di provinsi sumatera barat nama : nurul amanah nim : 2001101010003 fakultas/jurusan : ekonomi dan bisnis/ekonomi pembangunan dosen pembimbing : dr. putri bintusy syathi, s.e., m.a konsentrasi : ekonomi publik peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi inklusif ini memerlukan berbagai dukungan termasuk ketersediaan infrastruktur. untuk mengetahui hubungan infrastruktur dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi inklusif menjadi tujuan dari penelitian ini. penelitian ini dilakukan pada 19 kabupaten/kota di provinsi sumatera barat pada periode 2015-2021. data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dan menggunakan metode regresi berganda untuk data panel dengan model yang terpilih fixed effect model. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsial variabel infrastruktur jalan dan infrastruktur listrik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara statistik terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi inklusif di provinsi sumatera barat, sedangkan infrastruktur air berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan secara statistik terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi inklusif di provinsi sumatera barat. serta secara simultan infrastruktur jalan, infrastruktur listrik, dan infrastruktur air secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi inklusif di provinsi sumatera barat tahun 2015-2021. berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka diperlukan kebijakan untuk meningkatkan fasilitas infrastruktur jalan dengan cara meningkatkan investasi dalam pembangunan dan pemeliharaan infrastruktur jalan, serta untuk infrastruktur listrik pemerintah perlu memperluas jaringan listrik harus menjadi prioritas agar mendorong peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi inklusif di sumatera barat. sedangkan dalam hal penyediaan air perlu diterapkan kebijakan yang mendorong penggunaan air bersih dan layak bagi masyarakat terutama daerah-daerah bukan merupakan pusat pertumbuhan ekonomi inklusif. selanjutnya berdasarkan efek per kabupaten/kota ditemukan bahwa terjadi perbedaan nilai pertumbuhan ekonomi inklusif untuk kawasan pesisir dan pusat perkotaan. oleh karena itu diperlukan kebijakan yang mendorong pemerataan infrastruktur dalam rangka menghindari ketimpangan kesejahteraan. kata kunci : pertumbuhan ekonomi inklusif; infrastruktur jalan; infrastruktur listrik; infrastruktur air.

ABSTRACT Title : The Effect of Infrastructure on Inclusive Economic Growth in West Sumatra Province Author : Nurul Amanah NPM : 2001101010003 Faculty/Department : Economics and Business/Economic Development Supervisor : Dr. Putri Bintusy Syathi, S.E., M.A Concentration : Publics Economics Increasing inclusive economic growth requires various supports including the availability of infrastructure. To determine the relationship between infrastructure and inclusive economic growth is the purpose of this study. This research was conducted in 19 regencies/cities in West Sumatra Province for the period 2015-2021. The data used in this study are secondary data and use the Multiple Regression method for panel data with the selected model Fixed Effect Model. The results of this study indicate that partially the road infrastructure and electricity infrastructure variables have a positive and statistically significant effect on inclusive economic growth in West Sumatra Province, while water infrastructure has a negative and statistically insignificant effect on inclusive economic growth in West Sumatra Province. And simultaneously road infrastructure, electricity infrastructure, and water infrastructure together affect inclusive economic growth in West Sumatra Province in 2015-2021. Based on the research results, policies are needed to improve road infrastructure facilities by increasing investment in the construction and maintenance of road infrastructure, and for electricity infrastructure the government needs to expand the electricity network must be a priority in order to encourage increased inclusive economic growth in West Sumatra. Meanwhile, in terms of water supply, policies need to be implemented that encourage the use of clean and decent water for the community, especially in areas that are not the center of inclusive economic growth. Furthermore, based on the effect per district/city, it is found that there are differences in the value of inclusive economic growth for coastal areas and urban centers. Therefore, policies are needed that encourage equal distribution of infrastructure in order to avoid welfare inequality.
