The objective of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of stock valuation, financial leverage, free cash flow and firm size, both simultaneously and partially, toward repurchase stock on listed companies at the indonesia stock exchange for the year 2007-2009. by using census method and unbalanced panel data, there are 37 firm observations fulfilling the population criteria. hypothesis testing is done using multiple linear regression method. the result of this research show that: (i) stock valuation, financial leverage, free cash flow and firm size simultaneously have influence toward repurchase stock, (2) stock valuation has negative influence toward repurchase stock, (3) financial leverage has positive influence toward repurchase stock, (4) free cash flow has positive influence toward repurchase stock, and (5) firm size has positive influence toward repurchase stock keywords: repurchase stock, stock valuation, financial leverage, free cash flow and firm size.
