Aturan hukum qanun jinayat tentang pelaksanaan syariat islam bidang aqidah, ibadah dan syi`ar islam terdapat pada qanun nomor 11 tahun 2002 merupakan sumber yang digunakan untuk peraturan tentang jilbab. dari hukum pidana islam yang diterapkan di aceh tentu hanya ada kemungkinan kecil terjadi pelecehan seksual. namun dari data serta beberapa pendukung narasumber lainnya tampak besar kasus pelecehan seksual yang ada di aceh khusus kepada perempuan non-muslim yang tidak memakai hijab. dari gambaran fakta dan data dapat menjadi salah satu hal yang menarik untuk melihat serta mengetahui bagaimana perspektif masyarakat kota banda aceh kepada perempuan non-muslim yang tidak memakai hijab dengan studi kasus pelecehan seksual yang dialami korban di kota banda aceh. penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif ialah penelitian yang biasanya menggunakan angka, awalnya dilakukan pengumpulan data, serta penjelasan data tersebut. hukum yang menjadi hal normatif tersebut maka membentuk konstruksi di tengah masyarakat. aturan serta hukum yang mengikat tersebut ternyata telah memberi cara pandang masyarakat aceh khususnya kota banda aceh dikarenakan terdapat pada hasil wawancara yang dilakukan di sekitar kecamatan syiah kuala banda aceh kepada perempuan non-muslim yang tidak memakai hijab yakni memiliki hasil, bahwa adanya pengaruh lingkungan sosial terhadap perspektif masyarakat kota banda aceh kepada perempuan non-muslim yang tidak memakai hijab (h1), adanya pengaruh tingkat pengetahuan terhadap perspektif masyarakat kota banda aceh kepada perempuan non-muslim yang tidak memakai hijab (h2), serta adanya pengaruh lingkungan sosial dan tingkat pengetahuan terhadap perspektif masyarakat kota banda aceh kepada perempuan non-muslim yang tidak memakai hijab (h3) dalam penelitian ini diterima atau dengan kata lain dugaan awal tidak adanya pengaruh lingkungan sosial dan tingkat pengetahuan terhadap perspektif masyarakat kota banda aceh kepada perempuan non-muslim yang tidak memakai hijab (h0) ditolak.

The legal rules of Qanun Jinayat regarding the Application of Islamic Sharia in the Field of Aqidah, Worship and Islamic Sharia are contained in Qanun Number 11 of 2002 which is the source used for regulations regarding the Hijab. Based on the Islamic criminal law implemented in Aceh, the possibility of sexual harassment is certainly small. However, from the data and several other supporting sources, it appears that there are many cases of sexual harassment in Aceh, especially against non-Muslim women who do not wear the hijab. From the description of the facts and data, it is interesting to see and find out the perspective of the people of Banda Aceh towards non-Muslim women who do not wear the hijab with a case study of sexual harassment experienced by victims in the city of Banda Aceh. This research uses quantitative research, namely research that usually uses numbers, initially collects data and explains the data. Law, which is a normative thing, shapes construction in society. These binding rules and laws have apparently influenced the perspective of the people of Aceh, especially the City of Banda Aceh, as a result of interviews conducted around the Syiah Kuala sub dis of Banda Aceh towards non-Muslim women who do not wear the hijab. Shows the influence of the environment and level of knowledge.
