Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat hubungan kualitas informasi, kualitas website terhadap kepercayaan serta dampaknya secara simultan terhadap behavior intentiou di lingkungan pemerintahan kota banda aceh. penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semua skpk di kota banda aceh. sebagai objek dari penelitian ini adalah kualitas informasi, kualitas website terhadap kepercayaan dan behavior intention. subjek dari penelitian ini adalah pegawai skpk di lingkungan pemerintahan kota banda aceh. sampel yang dikutsertakan pada penelitian ini adalah 20x7= 140 responden. penggunaan pengali 7 karena masih dalam range yang diperbolehkan dan disesuaikan dengan probability besaran sampel agar hasil yang didapat lebih mewakili unit analisis yang ada hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua hipotesis langsung yakni dari hipotesis i sampai dengan hipotesis 5 diterima. berarti terdapat pengaruh significant antara variable independent dengan dependent pada masing-masing hipotesis tersebut. hasil pengujian hipotesis tidak langsung kualitas informasi dan kualitas website terhadap behavior intention yang melalui kepercayaan adalah tidak signifikan. kepercayaan dalam hal ini perannya adalah parsial mediating. dari hasil temuan penelitian ini, terbukti bahwa kualitas informasi sebagai pemicu terbesar dalam mendorong peningkatan minat user dalam menggunakan data atau informasi yang terkandung dalam website sipbm ini dibandingkan variable lainnya karena kualitas informasi memiliki nilai koefisien pengaruh yang terbesar. kata kunci: kualitas informasi, kualitas website, kepercayaan, behavior intention, pemerintahan kota banda aceh

The purpose ofthis study is to look at the relationship ofInformation Quality, Website Quality to Trust and its simultaneous impact on Behavior Intention in the Banda Aceh City Government. This research was carried out on all SKPK in Banda Aceh City. As the object of this study is the quality of information, thc quality of thc wcbsitc against trust and Bchavior Intention. Thc subjccts of this study were SKPK employees in the Banda AcehCity Government. The sample included in this study was 20x7= 140 respondents. The use of multiplier 7 is because it is still within the range that is allowed and adjusted to the probability of the sample size so that the results obtained are more representative of the existing unit of analysis. Tue results show that all direct hypotheses namely from hypothesis I to hypothesis 5 are accepted. This means that there is a significant influence between the independent variables and the dependent on each of these hypotheses. The results of the indirect hypothesis testing of information quality and website quality towards Behavior Intention through trust is not significant. Trust in this case is the role of partial mediating. From the findings of this study, it is evident that Information Quality is the biggest trigger in encouraging user interest in using the data or information contained in this SIPBM website compared to other variables because Information Quality has the greatest coefficient of influence Keywords: Information quality, Website Quality, Trust, Behavior Intention, Banda Aceh City Government
