Prarancangan pabrik yoghurt ini menggunakan kacang kedelai sebagai bahan baku. kapasitas produksi pabrik yoghurt ini adalah 2.000 ton/tahun dengan hari kerja 330 hari/tahun. bentuk perusahaan yang direncanakan adalah perseroan terbatas dengan menggunakan bentuk organisasi lini dan staf. kebutuhan tenaga kerja untuk menjalankan perusahaan ini berjumlah 63 orang. lokasi pabrik direncanakan didirikan di kawasan industri pt. pier (pasuruan industrial estate rembang) kecamatan rembang, kabupaten pasuruan, provinsi jawa timur. dengan luas tanah 4700 m2. sumber air pabrik yoghurt ini berasal dari pt. sier-pier yang bekerjasama dengan pdam kota surabaya dan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan listrik diperoleh dari perusahaan listrik nrgara (pln) dan generator dengan daya 649,65 kw kw. hasil analisa ekonomi yang diperoleh adalah sebagai berikut: 1. fixed capital investment (fci) = rp 117.790.350.258,76 2. working capital investment (wci) = rp 16.062.320.489,83 3. total capital investment (tci) = rp 133.852.670.748,59 4. total production cost (tpc) = rp 99.653.639.438,09 5. sales cost (sc) = rp 162.522.651.661,29 6. laba bersih = rp 35.541.990.025,96 7. pay out time (pot) = 4,62 tahun 8. break event point (bep) = 28,04%. 9. internal rate of return (irr) = 60,88%.

The design of this yoghurt factory uses soybeans as raw material. The production capacity of this yoghurt factory is 2,000 tons/year with working days of 330 days/year. The planned form of company is a limited liability company using the form line and staff organization. The workforce required to run this company is 63 person. The factory location is planned to be established in the PT industrial area. PIER (Pasuruan Industrial Rembang Estate) Rembang District, Pasuruan Regency, East Java Province. with extensive land 4700 m2. The water source for this yoghurt factory comes from PT. SEER-PIER in collaboration with PDAM Kota Surabaya and to meet electricity needs obtained from the Electricity Company Nrgara (PLN) and Generator with a power of 649.65 kW kW. The economic analysis results obtained are as follows: 1. Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = IDR 117,790,350,258.76 2. Working Capital Investment (WCI) = IDR 16,062,320,489.83 3. Total capital investment (TCI) = IDR 133,852,670,748.59 4. Total production cost (TPC) = IDR 99,653,639,438.09 5. Sales cost (SC) = IDR 162,522,651,661.29 6. Net Profit = IDR 35,541,990,025.96 7. Pay Out Time (POT) = 4.62 Years 8. Break Event Point (BEP) = 28.04%. 9. Internal Rate of Return (IRR) = 60.88%.
