Prarancangan pabrik yoghurt ini menggunakan kacang kedelai sebagai bahan baku. kapasitas produksi pabrik yoghurt ini adalah 2.000 ton/tahun dengan hari kerja 330 hari/tahun. bentuk perusahaan yang direncanakan adalah perseroan terbatas dengan menggunakan bentuk organisasi lini dan staf. kebutuhan tenaga kerja untuk menjalankan perusahaan ini berjumlah 63 orang. lokasi pabrik direncanakan didirikan di kawasan industri pt. pier (pasuruan industrial estate rembang) kecamatan rembang, kabupaten pasuruan, provinsi jawa timur. dengan luas tanah 4700 m2. sumber air pabrik yoghurt ini berasal dari pt. sier-pier yang bekerjasama dengan pdam kota surabaya dan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan listrik diperoleh dari perusahaan listrik nrgara (pln) dan generator dengan daya 649,65 kw kw. hasil analisa ekonomi yang diperoleh adalah sebagai berikut: 1. fixed capital investment (fci) = rp 117.790.350.258,76 2. working capital investment (wci) = rp 16.062.320.489,83 3. total capital investment (tci) = rp 133.852.670.748,59 4. total production cost (tpc) = rp 99.653.639.438,09 5. sales cost (sc) = rp 162.522.651.661,29 6. laba bersih = rp 35.541.990.025,96 7. pay out time (pot) = 4,62 tahun 8. break event point (bep) = 28,04%. 9. internal rate of return (irr) = 60,88%.

Abstract
The preliminary design for this yogurt plant uses soybeans as the raw material. The production capacity of the yogurt plant is 2,000 tons per year with 330 working days per year. The planned company form is a limited liability company with a line and staff organizational structure. The workforce required to operate this company totals 63 people. The plant is planned to be established in the industrial area of PT. PIER (Pasuruan Industrial Estate Rembang) in Rembang District, Pasuruan Regency, East Java Province, with a land area of 4700 m². The water source for the yogurt plant comes from PT. SIER-PIER in collaboration with the Surabaya City PDAM, and the electricity needs are met by the State Electricity Company (PLN) and a generator with a capacity of 649.65 kW. The economic analysis results obtained are as follows: 1. Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp 117,790,350,258.76 2. Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp 16,062,320,489.83 3. Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp 133,852,670,748.59 4. Total Production Cost (TPC) = Rp 99,653,639,438.09 5. Sales Revenue (SR) = Rp 162,522,651,661.29 6. Net Profit = Rp 35,541,990,025.96 7. Pay Out Time (POT) = 4.62 Years 8. Break Even Point (BEP) = 28.04% 9. Internal Rate of Return (IRR) = 60.88%
