Program studi magister kesehatan masyarakat fakultas kedokteran universitas syiah kuala tesis, juni 2024 rijalul fikri analisis determinan demand layanan poliklinik di rumah sakit pmi aceh utara 83 halaman + 41 tabel + lampiran abstrak latar belakang: pemanfaatan layanan kesehatan di rumah sakit palang merah indonesia aceh utara khususnya pada layanan poliklinik dokter spesialis terlihat masih sangat rendah. dalam membuat penilaian pada demand masyarakat terhadap layanan kesehatan, akan sangat sulit menilai secara objektif, karena demand sangat erat hubungannya dengan tingkat persepsi dari seseorang. sehingga terlihat bahwa demand yang dimiliki oleh seseorang terhadap pelayanan kesehatan akan terlihat ketika seseorang tersebut menggunakan pelayanan kesehatan yang ada dan tersedia untuknya. dengan mengukur tingkat pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan) diharapkan dapat memproyeksikan tingkat demand masyarakat terhadap layanan poliklinik dokter spesialis rumah sakit pmi aceh utara. tujuan: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinan demand terhadap layanan poliklinik spesialis di rumah sakit pmi aceh utara. metode: penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis survei analitik dengan desain cross sectional. populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pasien yang dating berobat dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode accidental sampling sehingga didapatkan 188 orang sampel. hasil: penelitian ini menemukan adanya hubungan bermakna antara jenis kelamin, kelompok usia, pendidikan, jaminan, biaya pelayanan, jenis penyakit, tingkat keparahan penyakit, dan kualitas pelayanan (p value < 0,05). dan tidak terdapat hubungan antara pendapatan, waktu tunggu (p value > 0,05). faktor yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap demand pelayanan di poliklinik spesialis rumah sakit pmi aceh utara yaitu tingkat keparahan penyakit yang memiliki nilai p value = 0,003. kata kunci : demand pelayanan, kualitas pelayanan daftar pustaka: 10 buku + 27 jurnal

In making an assessment of people's demand for health services, it will be very difficult to assess objectively, because demand is closely related to a person's level of perception. So it can be seen that the demand a person has for health services will be seen when that person uses the health services that exist and are available to him. By measuring the level of utilization of health services, it is hoped that we can project the level of public demand for specialist doctor polyclinic services at PMI North Aceh Hospital. Objective: This research aims to determine public demand for specialist polyclinic services at the PMI North Aceh Hospital. Purpose: This research aims to determine public demand for specialist polyclinic services at the PMI North Aceh Hospital. Method: This research was carried out as a quantitative research in the form of an analytical survey with a cross sectional design with data collected using questionnaires and analyzed univariately to describe distribution and proportions, as well as bivariately using Chi Square and using multivariate analysis with liner regression. Conclusiom: This study found a significant relationship between gender, age group, education, insurance, service costs, type of disease, disease severity, and service quality (P value < 0.05). And there is no relationship between income and waiting time (P value > 0.05). The most dominant factor influencing the demand for services at the PMI North Aceh Hospital specialist polyclinic is the severity of the disease which has a P value = 0.003 Keywords: Service Demand, Service Quality References: 10 books + 27 journals
