Analisis tingkat kepentingan dan kemudahan penerapan green road construction di provinsi aceh oleh: irfan nim. 2004201010030 komisi pembimbing: 1. prof. dr. ir. sofyan m. saleh, m.sc.eng., ipu., asean eng 2. dr. ir. yusria darma, s.t., m.eng.sc abstrak green road construction merupakan konstruksi jalan yang dibangun dengan mendorong agar terdapat keseimbangan antara aspek lingkungan, ekonomi, dan sosial. pembangunan proyek konstruksi jalan di provinsi aceh, sampai saat ini masih belum menerapkannya. mengingat dampak yang muncul, maka perusahaan kontraktor yang melaksanakan proyek konstruksi jalan di provinsi aceh, perlu menaruh perhatian lebih terhadap konsep green road construction. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepentingan dan kemudahan penerapan green road construction di provinsi aceh dan mengetahui nilai indeks kemudahan penerapan green road construction di provinsi aceh. indikator green road construction dievaluasi sebanyak 28. penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui kuesioner. sampel responden penelitian menggunakan rumus hair yang diperoleh sebanyak 140 personil perusahaan kontraktor. teknik sampling digunakan purposive sampling. teknik analisis data digunakan statistik deskriptif, importance performance analysis (ipa), dan customer satisfaction index (csi). hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepentingan dan kemudahan penerapan green road construction di provinsi aceh yang tergolong penting dan tidak mudah diterapkan adalah 9 indikator yaitu laporan biaya siklus hidup jalan, kontrak kerja mencantumkan pekerjaan jalan sebagai jalan berkelanjutan, penggunaan komponen/teknologi hemat energi saat pelaksanaan konstruksi, penggunaan komponen/teknologi hemat energi saat operasional, menggunakan energi terbarukan saat pelaksanaan konstruksi, menggunakan energi terbarukan pada jalan, laporan pelaksanaan pengelolaan dan pemantauan lingkungan, mengurangi emisi dari peralatan konstruksi, dan mengurangi emisi dari kemacetan lalu lintas pada saat pelaksanaan konstruksi. nilai indeks kemudahan perusahaan kontraktor dalam penerapan green road construction di provinsi aceh diperoleh sebesar 77,87% yang termasuk mudah. kata kunci: green road, construction, jalan, ipa, csi

Yusria Darma, S.T., M.Eng.Sc ABSTRACT Green road construction is road construction that is built by encouraging a balance between environmental, economic and social aspects. The construction of road construction projects in Aceh Province has not yet been implemented. Considering the impacts that arise, contractor companies carrying out road construction projects in Aceh Province need to pay more attention to the concept of green road construction. This research aims to determine the level of importance and ease of implementing green road construction in Aceh Province and determine the index value of the ease of implementing green road construction in Aceh Province. There were 28 green road construction indicators evaluated. This research used quantitative methods through questionnaires. The sample of research respondents using the Hair formula was obtained by 140 contractor company personnel. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistics, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The research results show that the level of importance and ease of implementing green road construction in Aceh Province which is considered important and not easy to implement are 9 indicators, namely road life cycle cost reports, work contracts including road work as sustainable roads, use of energy-saving components/ technology during construction, use of energy-saving components/technology during operations, use renewable energy during construction, use renewable energy on roads, report on the implementation of environmental management and monitoring, reduce emissions from construction equipment, and reduce emissions from traffic jams during construction. The ease index value for contractor companies in implementing green road construction in Aceh Province was obtained at 77.87%, which is considered easy.
