Pt mifa bersaudara merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di pengolahan batubara. permasalahan yang terjadi di tempat pengolahan batubara pt mifa bersaudara dibagian fix crusher fc03 sering terjadinya tidak sesuai hasil produksi dengan kapasitas kinerja crusher dikarenakan kemampuan alat sanggup mengolah 1.000 ton/jam namun data yang didapat di lapangan hanya mencapai 846 ton/jam dan pada tanggal 1 juni-30 juni data lapangan (aktual) hanya mencapai 314.508 ton sedangkan data plan perusahaan untuk bulan juni 360.295 ton. untuk itu maka dipelukan penelitian mengevaluasi kinerja crusher fc03 dengan tujuan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan hasil produksi tidak tercapai dengan semestinya. penelitian dilakukan pada setiap komponen crusher seperti hopper, feeder breaker, chain feeder, vibrating screen, roll crusher dan belt conveyor agar dapat menganalisis data mechanical avaibility (ma), physical avaibility (pa), use of avaibilityv (ua), effective uttilization (eut) pada unit coal crushing plant (ccp) fc03. dengan harapan tujuan penelitian ini dapat mengoptimalkan kinerja crusher untuk mencapai hasil yang sesuai target. metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan aplikasi excel untuk pengolahan datanya.

PT Mifa Bersaudara is a company engaged in coal processing. Problems that occur at the PT Mifa Bersaudara coal processing site in the Fix Crusher FC03 section often occur inconsistencies in production results with the crusher's performance capacity because the equipment's capacity is capable of processing 1,000 tons/hour but the data obtained in the field only reaches 846 tons/hour and on June 1- June 30, field data (actual) only reached 314,508 tons, while the company's plan data for June was 360,295 tons. For this reason, research is needed to evaluate the performance of the FC03 crusher with the aim of finding out the factors that cause production results to not be achieved properly. Research was carried out on each crusher component such as hopper, feeder breaker, chain feeder, vibrating screen, roll crusher and belt conveyor in order to analyze Mechanical Availability (MA), Physical Availability (PA), Use of Availability (UA), Effective Utilization (EUT) data. ) at the FC03 coal crushing plant (CCP) unit. It is hoped that the aim of this research can optimize crusher performance to achieve results that meet the target. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method using the Excel application for data processing.
