Coal crushing plant (ccp) merupakan komponen utama dalam pengolahan batubara karena komponen ini merupakan salah satu penentu dari kualitas produk batubara yang dihasilkan. proses peremukan batubara dilakukan guna mencapai ukuran batubara yang sesuai dengan ukuran yang diinginkan oleh konsumen. pt mifa bersaudara memiliki 4 unit rangkaian alat crusher (crushing plant) yaitu fc01, fc02, fc03 dan mobile crusher yang tiap unitnya menghasilkan ukuran produk lumpy dan fine coal. pt mifa bersaudara merencanakan produksi untuk 1 juni – 30 juni 2023 sebesar 900.378 ton untuk keempat crusher, namun target produksi tesebut yang tercapai hanya 816.712 ton. penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis sistem rangkaian kerja alat crusher fc01 pada pt mifa bersaudara, menganalisis ketersediaan penggunaan alat crusher fc01 pada 1 juni – 30 juni 2023 di pt mifa bersaudara, dan menganalisis perbandingan plan dan actual produksi crusher fc01 pada 1 juni – 30 juni 2023 di pt mifa bersaudara. kajian teknis dilakukan pada setiap elemen yang mempengaruhi kegiatan produksi pada unit coal crushing plant (ccp) fc01, sehingga dapat diketahui apa saja yang dapat dioptimalisasi agar target produksi yang direncanakan tercapai. hasil penelitian mengenai kemampuan serta hambatan yang terjadi pada unit coal crushing plant (ccp) di pt mifa bersaudara antara lain kapasitas produksi dari rangkaian alat crusher sangat dipengaruhi oleh kapasitas produksi alat primary crusher. total produksi dari rangkaian alat crusher fc01 tanggal 1 juni – 30 juni 2023 sebesar 138.145 ton/30 hari (day shift). performa rangkaian alat crusher selama 1 juni – 30 juni 2023 dikategorikan kurang baik karena pada fc01 yaitu mechanical availability (ma) 90%, physical availability (pa) 94%, use of availability (ua) 64%, dan effective utilization (eu) 60%. kata kunci: pt mifa bersaudara, crusher fc01, produksi, mechanical avaibility (ma), lumpy, fine coal, physical avaibility (pa), use of avaibility (ua), effective uttilization (eu)

The Coal Crushing Plant (CCP) is the main component in coal processing because this component is one of the determinants of the quality of the coal products produced. The coal crushing process is carried out to achieve a coal size that matches the size desired by consumers. PT Mifa Bersaudara has 4 units of a series of crushing plants, namely FC01, FC02, FC03 and mobile crusher, each unit of which produces lumpy and fine coal product sizes. PT Mifa Bersaudara planned production for 1 June – 30 June 2023 of 900,378 tons for the four crushers, but the production target was only achieved at 816.712 ton. This research aims to analyze the working circuit system of the FC01 crusher tool at PT Mifa Bersaudara, analyze the availability of use of the FC01 crusher tool on 1 June – 30 June 2023 at PT Mifa Bersaudara, and analyze the comparison of planned and actual production of the FC01 crusher on 1 June – 30 June 2023 at PT Mifa Bersaudara. A technical study was carried out on every element that influences production activities at the FC01 Coal Crushing Plant (CCP) unit, so that it can be seen what can be optimized so that the planned production target is achieved. The results of research regarding the capabilities and obstacles that occur in the Coal Crushing Plant (CCP) unit at PT Mifa Bersaudara include that the production capacity of a series of crusher equipment is very much influenced by the production capacity of the primary crusher equipment. Total production from the FC01 crusher series from 1 June – 30 June 2023 is 138,145 tons/30 days (day shift). The performance of the crusher equipment series during 1 June – 30 June 2023 was categorized as poor because in FC01, namely mechanical availability (MA) 90%, physical availability (PA) 94%, use of availability (UA) 64%, and effective utilization (EU) 60 %.
