Abstrak partai aceh salah satu dari partai politik lokal di aceh. rekrutmen politik oleh partai lokal di aceh terutama dpp partai aceh provinsi aceh berperan penting karena dari fungsi inilah akan menghasilkan kader-kader baru, ini juga sangat menentukan orang-orang yang nantinya akan terpilih dan menduduki di kursi pemerintahan. untuk itu perlu adanya perbaikan pada rekrutmen partai agar fungsi rekrutmen berjalan sesuai semestinya yaitu untuk meningkatkan kualitas anggota partai serta calon kandidat yang akan mewakili partai. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak rekrutmen yang dilakukan partai aceh terhadap perolehan suara dpra 2019. penelitian ini menggunakan teori rekrutmen politik untuk melihat jenis-jenis rekrutmen serta konsep pola rekrutmen anggota legislatif untuk melihat pola apa yang dilakukan partai aceh agar dapat melihat dampak dari rekrutmen yang dilakukan partai aceh. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan para atasan partai aceh, masyarakat, pengamat, serta analisis dokumen terkait rekrutmen calon dpra 2019. fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat dampak rekrutmen calon legeslatif dpra di partai aceh. hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa proses rekrutmen mencakup tiga tahapan penting pertama, penjaringan calon, penyaringan calon, dan ketiga penetapan calon berikut nomor urutnya. proses rekrutmen yang dilakukan oleh partai aceh yaitu rekrutmen terbuka, dimana para calon yang naik tidak harus kader dari partai aceh. non kader juga akan diberikan kesempatan yang sama untuk mencalonkan diri membawa nama partai. kata kunci: rekrutmen partai, partai aceh, dapil 10

ABSTRACT Aceh Party is one of the local political parties in Aceh. Political recruitment by local parties in Aceh, especially the Aceh Province DPP Aceh Party, plays an important role because this function will produce new cadres, this also greatly determines the people who will later be elected and occupy government seats. For this reason, there is a need to improve party recruitment so that the recruitment function runs as it should, namely to improve the quality of party members and prospective candidates who will represent the party. This research aims to determine the impact of recruitment carried out by the Aceh Party on the 2019 DPRA vote acquisition. This research uses political recruitment theory to look at the types of recruitment as well as the concept of recruitment patterns for legislative members to see what patterns are carried out by the Aceh Party in order to see the impact of recruitment. carried out by the Aceh Party. This research is qualitative research using descriptive methods. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with Aceh party superiors, the public, observers, as well as analysis of documents related to the 2019 DPRA candidate recruitment. The focus of this research is to look at the impact of the recruitment of DPRA legislative candidates on the Aceh Party. The research results found that the recruitment process includes three important stages, first, selecting potential candidates, and thirdly determining candidates and their serial numbers. The recruitment process carried out by the Aceh Party is open recruitment, where those who are promoted do not have to be cadres from the Aceh Party. Non-cadres will also be given the same opportunity to nominate themselves to carry the name of the party. Keywords: party recruitment, Aceh party, electoral district 10
