Abstrak tujuan dari pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak dari program mengajar di sekolah mbkm usk unggul terhadap kompetensi pedagogik calon guru di jurusan pendidikan geografi fakultas keguruan dan ilmu pendidikan universitas syiah kuala. jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analitik. populasi adalah mahasiswa geografi angkatan 2020 yang mengikuti program mbkm usk unggul. sampel adalah keseluruhan mahasiswa geografi angkatan 2020 sebanyak 66 mahasiswa yang mengikuti mbkm usk unggul. teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis statistik deskriptif. hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa dari 53 mahasiswa peserta program mbkm usk unggul angkatan 2020 dapat diketahui bahwa sebanyak 5 responden (10%) berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, 16 responden (30%) berada pada kategori tinggi, 22 responden (41%) berada pada kategori sedang, 6 respon (11%) pada kategori rendah, dan 4 responden (8%) berada pada kategori sangat rendah. sehingga rata-rata kemampuan pedagogik mahasiswa peserta program mbkm usk unggul angkatan 2020 berada pada katagori tinggi. mahasiswa disarankan aktif mencari mentoring dosen untuk umpan balik dan pengembangan pedagogik, serta mengikuti evaluasi berkelanjutan. kata kunci: kompetensi, pedagogik, mbkm

ABSTRACT The objective of this research is to determine the impact of the MBKM USK Unggul teaching program on the pedagogical competence of prospective teachers in the Geography Education Department, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Syiah Kuala University. This study is quantitative with an analytical approach. The population consists of Geography students from the 2020 cohort who participated in the MBKM USK Unggul program. The sample includes all 66 Geography students from the 2020 cohort who participated in the MBKM USK Unggul program. The analytical technique used is descriptive statistical analysis. The results show that among the 53 students from the 2020 cohort who participated in the MBKM USK Unggul program, 5 respondents (10%) were in the very high category, 16 respondents (30%) were in the high category, 22 respondents (41%) were in the medium category, 6 respondents (11%) were in the low category, and 4 respondents (8%) were in the very low category. Thus, the average pedagogical competence of the students participating in the MBKM USK Unggul program from the 2020 cohort falls into the high category. It is recommended that students actively seek mentoring from lecturers for feedback and pedagogical development, as well as participate in ongoing evaluations. Keywords: Competence, Pedagogical, MBKM
