Pengaruh kepemimpinan autentik kepala sekolah dan iklim kerja terhadap produktivitas sekolah di smp aceh barat daya oleh: cut maisarah ukhti npm: 2209200050037 komisi pembimbing: 1. dr. ismail, m. pd. 2. dr. qismullah yusuf, m.ed. abstrak produktivitas pendidikan tingkat sekolah adalah core center dari hasil sebuah proses pendidikan dan pengajaran, baik itu proses pembelajaran di dalam kelas maupun output yang dihasilkan oleh sebuah sekolah. kepala sekolah adalah salah satu faktor kunci utama dalam peningkatan produktivitas sekolah. kepemimpinan autentik kepala sekolah yang dicirikan dengan kejujuran, integritas, dan kepedulian terhadap bawahan terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dalam meningkatkan produktivitas sekolah. iklim kerja merupakan kondisi yang mempengaruhi sikap, perilaku, dan kinerja individu di sekolah artinya iklim kerja yang positif dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan produktivitas sekolah. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: pengaruh kepemimpinan autentik kepala sekolah dan iklim kerja terhadap produktivitas sekolah di smp aceh barat daya. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk google forms. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: kepemimpinan autentik kepala sekolah dan iklim kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas sekolah di smp aceh barat daya. secara simultan kepemimpinan autentik kepala sekolah dan iklim kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas sekolah di smp aceh barat daya. ini dibuktikan dengan fhitung (31.980) > ftabel (3.170) dan p-value (0,000) < α (0,05). artinya semakin tinggi persentase peran kepemimpinan autentik kepala sekolah dan iklim kerja maka akan meningkatnya produktivitas sekolah. kata kunci: kepemimpinan autentik, iklim kerja, dan produktivitas sekolah

THE INFLUENCE OF PRINCIPAL’S AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP AND WORK CLIMATE TOWARD THE SCHOOL PRODUCTIVITY AT JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOLS IN ACEH BARAT DAYA ABSTRACT (Cut Maisarah Ukhti) The productivity of education at the school level is the core result of the education and teaching process both in the classroom and in the school. The principal is one of the primary critical factors in increasing school productivity. The authentic leadership of the principal, characterized by honesty, integrity, and concern for subordinates, has been proven to influence school productivity positively. Work climate is the condition that may affect somebody's behavior, attitude, and performance at school. The favorable climate may improve the school's performance and productivity. This research aimed to determine the influence of principal'sa principal's authentic leadership and work climate onon school productivity at Junior High Schools in Aceh Barat Daya. This research used a quantitative approach and a Google form questionnaire as the data collection method. The questionnaires were distributed to 57 principals and teachers at State Junior High School in Aceh Barat Daya. The result of the research revealed that the principal's authentic leadership and work climate significantly influenced the school's productivity at the Junior High School in Aceh Barat Daya simultaneously. This was proved by the value of Fcalculate (31,980) > Ftable (3,170) and p-value (0.000) < α (0.05). It means that the higher the percentage of the principal's authentic leadership role and work climate, the higher the school's productivity.
