Pt. cipta kridatama merupakan perusahaan kontraktor pertambangan yang merupakan mitra kerja perusahaan tambang batubara pt. mifa bersaudara site aceh barat. kegiatan penambangan dilakukan secara tambang terbuka dengan metode open pit. kegiatan pengangkutan overburden, dilakukan pada dua ruas jalan yaitu seam c selatan sepanjang 1.472 meter dan losail barat sepanjang 1.128 meter dengan menggunakan alat angkut jenis cat 773e. penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh geometri jalan terhadap fuel consumption dan fuel ratio alat angkut. penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang melibatkan data primer berupa grade jalan dan amblasan jalan unutk perhitungan teoritis pada grade resistance dan rolling resistance yang nantinya akan dijumlahkan menjadi total resistance sehingga berpengaruh pada rimpull mesin alat angkut. pt. cipta kridatama menerapkan standar maksimum fuel ratio sebesar 0,33 l/bcm. dari hasil pengolahan dan analisis data, fuel consumption pada ruas jalan seam c selatan sebesar 45,8 liter/jam dengan fuel ratio sebesar 0,40 ltr/bcm dan untuk ruas jalan losail barat fuel consumption sebesar 42 liter/jam dengan fuel ratio 0,32 liter/bcm. berdasarkan dari perhitungan teoritis dengan pertimbangan geometri jalan dan standar yang ditetapkan maka fuel consumption untuk ruas jalan seam c selatan sebesar 41,6 liter/jam dengan fuel ratio sebesar 0,35 liter/bcm dan untuk ruas jalan losail barat fuel consumption sebesar 42 liter/jam dengan fuel ratio 0,32 liter/bcm. dari hasil perhitungan teoritis yang dilakukan maka fuel ratio pada ruas jalan seam c selatan mengalami penghematan bahan bakar sedangkan pada ruas jalan losail barat telah memenuhi standar yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan.



Abstract

PT. Cipta Kridatama is a mining contractor company which is a working partner of the coal mining company PT. Mifa Brothers West Aceh Site. Mining activities are carried out in an open pit using the open pit method. Overburden transportation activities are carried out on two road sections, namely South Seam C with a length of 1,472 meters and West Losail with a length of 1,128 meters using CAT 773E type transport equipment. This research was conducted to determine the effect of road geometry on fuel consumption and fuel ratio of transportation equipment. This research uses a quantitative method involving primary data in the form of road grade and road subsidence for theoretical calculations of grade resistance and rolling resistance which will later be added up to total resistance so that it affects the rimpull of transportation equipment machines. PT. Cipta Kridatama applies a maximum fuel ratio standard of 0.33 l/bcm. From the results of data processing and analysis, fuel consumption on the South Seam C road section is 45.8 liters/hour with a fuel ratio of 0.40 ltr/bcm and for the West Losail road section the fuel consumption is 42 liters/hour with a fuel ratio of 0. 32 liters/bcm. Based on theoretical calculations taking into consideration road geometry and established standards, the fuel consumption for the South Seam C road section is 41.6 liters/hour with a fuel ratio of 0.35 liters/bcm and for the West Losail road section the fuel consumption is 42 liters/bcm. hours with a fuel ratio of 0.32 liters/bcm. From the results of theoretical calculations carried out, the fuel ratio on the South Seam C road section experienced fuel savings, while on the West Losail road section it met the standards set by the company.
