Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh kesehatan mental terhadap performa kerja karyawan kantor pusat operasional bank aceh syariah yang dimediasi oleh keterlibatan kerja dan perilaku kerja inovatif. data diperoleh melalui survey terhadap 143 karyawan sebagai sampel yang mewakili populasi penelitian dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. teknik sampel yang digunakan probability sampling dengan teknik stratified random sampling. statistical package for the social science (spss) digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel-variabel yang terlibat. hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kesehatan mental signifikan mempengaruhi performa kerja karyawan kantor pusat operasional bank aceh syariah. hasil penelitian juga menemukan pengaruh yang signifikan antara kesehatan mental terhadap keterlibatan kerja dan perilaku kerja inovatif sehingga keterlibatan kerja dan perilaku kerja inovatif mampu memediasi pengaruh kesehatan mental terhadap performa kerja karyawan kantor pusat operasioanal bank aceh syariah.

This study aims to measure the effect of mental health on job performance of employees of Bank Aceh Syariah Operational Headquarters mediated by work engagement and innovative work behavior. Data were obtained through a survey of 143 employees as a sample representing the research population and using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The sample technique used probability sampling with stratified random sampling technique. Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) was used as the analysis method to determine the influence between the variables involved. The results found that mental health significantly affects the work performance of employees of the Operational Headquarters of Bank Aceh Syariah. The results also found a significant influence between mental health on work engagement and innovative work behavior so that work engagement and innovative work behavior are able to mediate the influence of mental health on the work performance of employees of the Operational Headquarters of Bank Aceh Syariah.
