[skripsi. jurusan pendidikan jasmani kesehatan dan rekreasi, fakultas keguruan dan ilmu pendidikan, universitas syiah kuala]. dibawah bimbingan bapak dr. drs. sukardi putra m.kes dan bapak drs. abdurrahman, m.kes petanque merupakan cabang olahraga permainan yang dimainkan dengan cara melempar bola besi sedekat mungkin dengan bola kayu yang diletakkan di depan permainan sebagai sasaran dan kaki harus berada didalam lingkaran kecil. olahraga petanque ini memiliki dua teknik dasar berupa teknik pointing dan shooting untuk bisa memenangkan sebuah pertandingan, atlet petanque harus mempunyai kemampuan ketepatan shooting agar bisa mengendalikan arah lemparan bosi. tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kemampuan shooting atlet petanque binaan pengprov fopi aceh tahun 2024. penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. teknik pengambilan sampel yang di lakukan dengan cara total sampling atau sampel dari keseluruhan populasi atlet petanque binaan pengprov fopi aceh yang berjumlah 23 atlet. selanjutnya data diolah dengan menghitung nilai rata-rata kemampuan shooting sebesar 32,9 berada pada kategori kurang, nilai persentase dengan rincian sebagai berikut: kategori sedang dengan frekuensi 4 orang atlet persentase sebesar 17,4%, kategori kurang dengan frekuensi 17 orang atlet persentase 73,9%, kategori kurang sekali dengan frekensi 2 atlet diperoleh persentase 8,7%. kata kunci: evaluasi, kemampuan shooting petanque

ABSTRACT Riska Amanda. (2024). Evaluation of the Shooting Ability of Petanque Sports for Athletes Fostered by the Aceh Provincial Government FOPI in 2024. [Thesis. Department of Physical Education, Health and Recreation, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Syiah Kuala University]. Under the guidance of Mr. Dr. Drs. Sukardi Putra M.Kes and Mr. Drs. Abdurrahman, M.Kes Petanque is a game sport that is played by throwing an iron ball as close as possible to a wooden ball placed in front of the game as a target and the feet must be in a small circle. This petanque sport has two basic techniques in the form of pointing and shooting techniques to be able to win a match, petanque athletes must have the ability to shoot accurately in order to control the direction of the throwing of the bosi. The purpose of this study is to find out the extent of the shooting ability of petanque athletes fostered by the Aceh FOPI Provincial Government in 2024. This study uses a type of quantitative research. The sampling technique was carried out by means of total sampling or samples from the entire population of petanque athletes fostered by the Aceh FOPI Provincial Government which amounted to 23 athletes. Furthermore, the data was processed by calculating the average score of shooting ability of 32.9 in the less category, the percentage value with the following details: Medium category with a frequency of 4 athletes with a percentage of 17.4%, less category with a frequency of 17 athletes with a percentage of 73.9%, category with a frequency of 2 athletes obtained a percentage of 8.7%.
