Abstrak nurul khotimah (2024). penerapan model pembelajaran reciprocal teaching terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa pada materi spldv kelas viii smp negeri 13 banda aceh beberapa aspek kemampuan pada matematika yang penting untuk dikuasi siswa pada abad 21 salah satunya yaitu kemampuan komunikasi matematis. kenyataan menunjukkan bahwasanya kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa masih tergolong rendah. oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu alternatif dalam memilih model pembelajaran, salah satunya yaitu dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran reciprocal teaching (pembelajaran terbalik). dimana model pembelajaran ini lebih berpusat kepada siswa. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa setelah diterapkannya model pembelajaran reciprocal teaching pada materi spldv kelas viii di smp negeri 13 banda aceh. pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian pre experimental design dan desain penelitian one group pretest posttest design. populasi pada penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas viii smp negeri 13 banda aceh, sedangkan sampel penelitian yang terpilih adalah kelas viii-2. instrumen penelitian berupa pre-test dan post-test kemampuan komunikasi matematis berbentuk soal uraian. teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan uji t paired t-test (uji berpasangan) pada taraf signifikansi 5% sesudah prasyarat pengujian terpenuhi. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa setelah diterapkannya model pembelajaran reciprocal teaching pada materi spldv kelas viii smp negeri 13 banda aceh. kata kunci: kemampuan komunikasi matematis, model reciprocal teaching,spldv.

Application of the Reciprocal Teaching Learning Model to Students' Mathematical Communication Skills in Class VIII SPLDV Material at SMP Negeri 13 Banda Aceh Several aspects of mathematical abilities that are important for students to master in the 21st century, one of which is mathematical communication skills. The reality shows that students' mathematical communication skills are still relatively low. Therefore, an alternative is needed in choosing a learning model, one of which is by implementing the Reciprocal Teaching learning model (reverse learning). Where this learning model is more student-centered. This research aims to determine differences in students' mathematical communication abilities after implementing the reciprocal teaching learning model in Class VIII SPLDV material at SMP Negeri 13 Banda Aceh. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with a Pre Experimental Design research type and a one group pretest posttest design research design. The population in this study was class VIII students at SMP Negeri 13 Banda Aceh, while the selected research sample was class VIII-2. The research instrument is a pre-test and post-test of mathematical communication skills in the form of essay questions. The data analysis technique was carried out using the paired t-test at a significance level of 5% after the testing prerequisites were met. The results of this research show that there is a significant difference in students' mathematical communication skills after implementing the reciprocal teaching learning model in Class VIII SPLDV material at SMP Negeri 13 Banda Aceh.
