Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur fokus pengaruh psychological well-being dan work-life balance terhadap job performance yang dimediasi oleh komitmen afektif pada karyawan pt. pertamina di aceh. data didapat melalui proses survey terhadap 113 karyawan pt. pertamina sebagai sampel yang mewakili populasi penelitian dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. teknik sampel yang digunakan non probability sampling menggunakan teknik sensus. statistical package for the social science (spss) digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel-variabel yang diteliti. hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa psychological well-being dan work life balance secara signifikan mempengaruhi job performance. hasil penelitian juga menemukan pengaruh yang signifikan antara psychological well-being dan work life balance terhadap komitmen afektif sehingga komitmen afektif mampu memediasi pengaruh psychological well-being dan work life balance terhadap job performance karyawan pt. pertamina di aceh. kata kunci: psychological well-being, work-life balance, komitmen afektif, job performance



Abstract

This research aims to measure the focus of the influence of psychological well-being and work-life balance on job performance which is mediated by affective commitment in PT employees. Pertamina in Aceh. Data was obtained through a survey process of 113 PT employees. Pertamina as a sample that represents the research population and uses a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling using census techniques. The Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) is used as an analysis method to determine the influence between the variables studied. The research results found that psychological well-being and work life balance significantly influence job performance. The research results also found a significant influence between psychological well-being and work life balance on affective commitment so that affective commitment was able to mediate the influence of psychological well-being and work life balance on the job performance of PT employees.
