Prarancangan pabrik gula kristal bit ini menggunakan buah bit sebagai bahan baku. kapasitas produksi pabrik gula kristal ini adalah 2.000 ton/tahun dengan hari kerja 330 hari/tahun. perseroan terbatas (pt) adalah bentuk perusahaan yang direncanakan dengan menggunakan struktur garis dan staf. kebutuhan tenaga kerja untuk menjalankan perusahaan ini berjumlah 52 orang. lokasi pabrik direncanakan didirikan di desa torong, kecamatan simpang empat, kabupaten karo, sumatera utara dengan luas tanah sebesar 12.395 m2. kebutuhan air untuk pabrik ini sebesar 3206,911 kg/jam yang diperoleh dari sungai torong. sumber listrik diperoleh dari perusahaan listrik negara (pln) dan generator dengan sumber daya 429,076 kw. hasil analisa ekonomi yang diperoleh adalah sebagai berikut: 1. fixed capital invesment (fci) = rp.92.010.349.080 2. working capital invesment(wci) = rp.23.002.587.270 3. total capital invesment (tci) = rp.115.012.936.350 4. total production cost (tpc) = rp.58.305.220.887 5. sales cost (sc) = rp.108.939.412.087 6. laba bersih = rp.37.975.643.400 7. pay out time (pot) = 3,5 tahun 8. break event point (bep) = 24% 9. internal rate of return (irr) = 31,68%

The design of this Beet Crystal Sugar factory uses beet fruit as raw material. The production capacity is 2,000 tons/year with 330 working days/year. Limited Liability Company (PT) is a planned form of company planned using a line and staff structure. The workforce needed to run this company is 52 people. The location of the plant is planned to be established in Torong Village, Simpang Empat District, Karo Regency, North Sumatra with a land area of 12,395 m2. The water requirement for this plant is 3206,911 kg/hour which is obtained from the Torong river. The source of electricity is obtained from the State Electricity Company (PLN) and a generator with a power source of 429,076 kW. From economic analisys was obtained: 1.
