Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompetensi sumber daya manusia dan motivasi kewirausahaan terhadap going concern dan menguji kinerja bumdes sebagai pemediasi terhadap kompetensi sumber daya manusia dan motivasi kewirausahaan. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh bumdes yang ada di kota banda aceh. teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan di dapat 55 bumdes yang aktif beroperasi di kota banda aceh. jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diproleh secara langsung melaluai pengebaran kuesioner kepada responden sejak 13 maret 2024.penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis sem-pls denganbantuan software smartpls 4.0. hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi sumber daya manusia berpengaruh terhadap kinerja bumdes, motivasi kewirausahaan dan kinerja bumdes berpengaruh terhadap going concern dan kinerja bumdes mampu menjadi pemediasi antara hubungan kompetensi manusia sumber daya dan motivasi kewirusahaan dengan going concern. selanjutnya motivasi kewirausahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja bumdes, serta kompetensi sumber daya manusia tidak berpengaruh terhadap going concern. kata kunci: bumdes, kompetensi sumber daya manusia, motivasi kewirausahaan, going concern, keberlanjutan usaha, kinerja bumdes.

This research aims to test the influence of human resource competence and entrepreneurial motivation on going concern and test the performance of BUMDes as a mediation on human resource competence and entrepreneurial motivation. The population in this study is all BUMDes in Banda Aceh City. The sampling technique uses the purposive sampling method and gets 55 BUMDes that are actively operating in Banda Aceh City. The type of data used is primary data obtained directly through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents since March 13, 2024. This research uses the SEM-PLS analysis method with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of research findings show that the competence of human resources affects the performance of BUMDes, entrepreneurial motivation and the performance of BUMDes affects the going concern and the performance of BUMDes is able to be an intermediary between the relationship of human competence of resources and entrepreneurial motivation with going concern. Furthermore, entrepreneurial motivation does not affect the performance of BUMDes, and the competence of human resources does not affect the going concern.
