Teknologi komunikasi memberi efek cukup besar terhadap dunia penyiaran terutama setelah adanya layanan streaming yang mampu memudahkan pendengar mengakses siaran radio dimana saja, kapan saja hanya dengan gawai dan internet. penelitian ini meneliti penggunaan teknologi komunikasi yaitu layanan streaming dapat mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pendengar radio. dalam penelitian ini peneliti memilih oz radio banda aceh karena oz radio meiliki segmentasi pendengar yang didominasi anak muda yang mana cukup akrab dengan teknologi komunikasi dan perangkat pintar. penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan meneliti 100 sampel responden pendengar oz radio yang memenuhi kriteria. penelitian ini menggunakan teori uses and gratification yang berpendapat bahwa khalayak memiliki andil sendiri dalam urusan pemenuhan kebutuhan dan cara memenuhi kebutuhan. layanan streaming memberikan pilihan cara mengakses siaran radio yang dilengkapi dengan berbagai fitur penunjang di dalamnya, hal ini juga memberikan khalayak pilihan bagaimana mereka mengkonsusmsi siaran radio . lewat uji hipotesis yang dilakukan, memberikan hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari penggunaan teknologi komunikasi streaming terhadap tingkat kepuasan pendengar, dan lewat uji koefisiensi yang dilakukan memberikan peneliti angka sebesar 74.8% yang mana adalah persentase kepuasan yang meningkat akibat adanya layanan streaming. ujiu kainnya yang dilakukan membuktikan adanya peningkatan kepuasan pendengar sebesar 0.867 di setiap penambahan penggunaan teknologi komunikasi, maka dari itu peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi komunikasi berupa streaming mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pendengar dengan signifikan. kata kunci: teknologi komunkasi, layanan streaming, tingkat kepuasan, oz radio

Communication technology has had quite a big effect on the world of broadcasting, especially after the existence of streaming services which made it easier for listeners to access radio broadcasts anywhere, anytime just with a device and the internet. This research examines the use of communication technology, namely streaming services, which can influence the level of satisfaction of radio listeners. In this research, researchers chose Oz Radio Banda Aceh because Oz Radio has a listener segmentation that is dominated by young people who are quite familiar with communication technology and smart devices. This research uses quantitative research methods by examining 100 samples of Oz Radio listener respondents who meet the criteria. This research uses the uses and gratification theory which argues that audiences have their own stake in matters of fulfilling needs and how to fulfill needs. Streaming services provide a choice of ways to access radio broadcasts which are equipped with various supporting features in them. This also gives the audience a choice in how they consume radio broadcasts. Through the hypothesis test carried out, the results showed that there was a significant influence from the use of streaming communication technology on the level of listener satisfaction, and through the coefficient test carried out the researchers gave a figure of 74.8%, which is the percentage of satisfaction that increases due to the existence of streaming services. The cloth test carried out proved that there was an increase in listener satisfaction by 0.867 with each additional use of communication technology, therefore the researchers concluded that the use of communication technology in the form of streaming significantly influenced the level of listener satisfaction.
