Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh interpersonal terhadap kinerja usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (umkm) di kota banda aceh yang di mediasi oleh ketahanan umkm. 82 umkm masuk ke dalam populasi dengan menggunakan teknik sampel sensus sehingga keseluruhan populasi 82 umkm masuk sebagai sampel dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. statistical package for the social science (spss) digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel-variabel dalam penelitian ini. hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa interpersonal secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja umkm. hasil penelitian juga menemukan pengaruh yang signifikan antara interpersonal terhadap ketahanan umkm sehingga ketahanan umkm mampu memediasi pengaruh interpersonal terhadap kinerja umkm di kota banda aceh.

The objective of this study is to measure the impact of interpersonal factors on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Banda Aceh, mediated by MSME resilience. A total of 82 MSMEs are included in the population, using a census sampling technique where the entire population of 82 MSMEs is taken as a sample, with questionnaires serving as the data collection instrument. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was employed as the analysis method to determine the effects among the variables in this study. The research findings reveal that interpersonal factors significantly influence MSME performance. The study also found a significant impact of interpersonal factors on MSME resilience, indicating that MSME resilience can mediate the effect of interpersonal factors on MSME performance in Banda Aceh.
