Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh mediasi dynamic capabilities pada pengaruh entrepreneurial leadership terhadap kinerja umkm sektor penginapan di kota banda aceh. data diperoleh melalui survei terhadap 82 umkm sektor penginapan sebagai sampel yang mewakili populasi penelitian dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. teknik sampel yang digunakan ialah sensus. metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan software statical package for the social science (spss) untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel-variabel yang terlibat. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel entrepreneurial leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja umkm. hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan variabel entrepreneurial leadership terhadap dynamic capabilities sehingga dynamic capabilities mampu memediasi pengaruh entrepreneurial leadership terhadap kinerja umkm sektor penginapan di kota banda aceh.

This research aims to measure the mediating influence of dynamic capabilities on the influence of entrepreneurial leadership on the performance of MSMEs in the lodging sector in Banda Aceh City. Data was obtained through a survey of 82 MSMEs in the lodging sector as a representative sample of the research population and using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The sampling technique used is a census. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the Static Package for the Social Science (SPSS) software to determine the influence between the variables involved. The research results show that the entrepreneurial leadership variable has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs. The research results also show the significant influence of the entrepreneurial leadership variable on dynamic capabilities so that dynamic capabilities are able to mediate the influence of entrepreneurial leadership on the performance of MSMEs in the lodging sector in Banda Aceh City.
