Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan menginvestigasi hubungan antara work life balance dan job embeddedness dengan turnover intention dengan job satisfaction sebagai variabel pemediator. data penelitian diperoleh melalui survey yang dilakukan terhadap 99 perawat yang bekerja di rumah sakit umum patar asih kabupaten deli serdang. responden dipilih menggunakan metode stratified random sampling. hasil analisis menggunakan hierarchical regression linear model menunjukkan bahwa work life balance dan job embeddedness memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention, job satisfaction. selain itu, temuan penelitian juga mengindikasikan bahwa job asatisfaction memediasi hubungan antara work life balance dan turnover intention. penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pemahaman tentang factor factor yang mempengaruhi turnover intention perawat, khususnya dalam konteks work life balance dan job embeddedness. implikasi prakis dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya perhatian terhadap manajemen keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan keterikatan kerja dalam upaya meningkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat, serta mengurangi niat berpindah dalam organisasi perawatan kesehatan. kata kunci: turnover intention, work life balance, job embeddedness, job satisfaction.

Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between work life balance and job embeddedness with Turnover Intention with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable. Research data was obtained through a survey conducted on 99 nurses who worked at the Patar Asih General Hospital, Deli Serdang Regency. Respondents were selected using the stratified random sampling method. The results of the analysis using the Hierarchical Regression Linear model show that Work Life Balance and Job Embeddedness have a significant influence on Turnover Intention and Job satisfaction. Apart from that, research findings also indicate that job satisfaction mediates the relationship between work life balance and turnover intention. This research provides an important contribution to the understanding of the factors that influence nurses' Turnover Intention, especially in the context of Work Life Balance and Job Embeddedness. The practical implication of this research is the importance of paying attention to work-life balance management and work engagement in an effort to increase nurses' job satisfaction, as well as reduce turnover intentions within health care organizations.
