Abstrak penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh harmonious passion dan obsessive passion terhadap turnover intention yang dimediasi oleh emotional exhaustion pada guru paud di kabupaten aceh tengah. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para guru paud yang aktif mengajar dan terdaftar di dapodik yang berjumlah 692 orang pada 14 kecamatan. teknik pengambilan sample yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah probability sampling dengan teknik purpotional sampling. analisis data menggunakan hierarcical linier modeling (hlm) dengan statistical product and sevice solution (spss). hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa harmonious passion berhubungan negatif dengan turnover intention, sedangkan obsessive passion berhubungan positif terhadap turnover intention. emotional exhaustion pada gilirannya berhubungan positif pada turnover intention selain itu penelitian ini menemukan efek tidak langsung dari emotional exhaustion pada hubungan passion-turnover intention. kata kunci: harmonious passion, obsessive passion, emotional exhaustion, turnover intention

ABSTRAK This research aims to measure the influence of Harmonious Passion and Obsessive Passion on Turnover Intention which is mediated by Emotional Exhaustion in PAUD Teachers in Central Aceh Regency. The population in this study were PAUD teachers who actively taught and were registered at Dapodik, totaling 692 people in 14 sub-districts. The sampling technique used in this research is Probability Sampling with Purpotional Sampling Technique. Data analysis uses Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) with Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The research results show that Harmonious Passion is negatively related to Turnover Intention, while Obsessive Passion is positively related to Turnover Intention. Emotional Exhaustion in turn is positively related to turnover intention. Apart from that, this study found an indirect effect of Emotional Exhaustion fatigue on the Passion-Turnover Intention relationship.
