Abstrak jaringan ikat kolagen merupakan salah satu jenis jaringan ikat yang terdapat pada berbagai organ seperti otot, kulit, tendon, dan tulang. jaringan ikat kolagen terdiri atas beberapa tipe dan pada otot terdapat jaringan ikat kolagen tipe i dan iii. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui distribusi dan ekspresi jaringan ikat kolagen tipe i dan iii pada endomisium dan perimisium otot semimembranosus sapi aceh. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan menggunakan sampel berupa otot semimembranosus sapi aceh jantan dewasa dengan bobot badan 250-300 kg dan body conditional score (bcs) 3. sampel otot diproses menjadi preparat histologi dan diwarnai dengan metode immunohistokimia avidin-biotyn complex (ihc abc-method). distribusi jaringan ikat kolagen tipe i dan iii dianalisis secara deskriptif yang disajikan dengan gambaran histologis, sedangkan ekspresi jaringan ikat kolagen tipe i dan iii dianalisis menggunakan metode intensity score (is). data is dianalisis menggunakan uji mann whitney u-tests. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa distribusi jaringan ikat kolagen tipe i dan iii terdapat pada endomisium dan perimisium. ekspresi jaringan ikat kolagen tipe i dan iii pada endomisium dan perimisium berbeda nyata (p



Abstract

ABSTRACT Collagen connective tissue is a type of connective tissue found in various organs such as muscles, skin, tendons, and bones. Collagen connective tissue consists of several types and in muscles there are types I and III collagen connective tissue. This study aims to determined the distribution and expression of type I and III collagen connective tissue in the endomysium and perimysium of the semimembranosus muscle of Aceh cattle. This research is an observational study used semimembranosus muscle samples from adult male aceh cattle with a body weight of 250-300 kg and a body conditional score (BCS) of 3. The muscle samples were processed into histology and smear preparations using the avidin-biotyn complex immunohistochemical method (IHC ABC-method). The distribution of type I and III collagen connective tissue was analyzed descriptively, presented with histological images, while the expression of type I and III collagen connective tissue was analyzed using the intensity score (IS) method. Data were analyzed using the Mann Whitney U-test. The results showed that the distribution of type I and III collagen connective tissue was found in the endomysium and perimysium.
