Abstrak judul : pengaruh program keluarga harapan dan pendidikan terhadap kemiskinan di 10 kabupaten termiskin provinsi aceh penulis : nur azizah nim : 2001101010051 fakultas/jurusan : ekonomi dan bisnis/ekonomi pembangunan pembimbing : dr. muhammad nasir, s.e., m.si., m.a penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh program keluarga harapan dan pendidikan terhadap kemiskinan di 10 kabupaten termiskin di aceh. penelitian ini menggunakan data panel dari tahun 2019-2023 di 10 kabupaten termiskin provinsi aceh (aceh singkil, gayo lues, pidie, pidie jaya, bener meriah, simelue, aceh barat, nagan raya, subulussalam, dan aceh utara). metode yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel dengan kuadran terkecil atau ols (ordinary least square) dengan fixed effect model (fem). hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa program keluarga harapan memiliki dampak negatif yang signifikan terhadap kemiskinan di 10 kabupaten termiskin di aceh, sementara variabel pendidikan tidak berpengaruh pada tingkat kemiskinan. pemerintah aceh harus meningkatkan bantuan sosial dan program penanggulangan kemiskinan yang lebih efektif, yang memastikan akses pendidikan berkualitas selama 12 tahun, menerapkan pendidikan gratis dan subsidi, dan menjangkau seluruh daerah. kata kunci: program keluarga harapan, pendidikan, kemiskinan

ABSTRACT Title : The Influence of Program Keluarga Harapan and Education on Poverty in the 10 Poorest Districts in Aceh Author : Nur Azizah Student ID : 2001101010051 Faculty/Department : Faculty of Economics and Business/Development Economics Supervisor : Dr. Muhammad Nasir, S.E., M.Si., M.A This research aims to analyze the influence of the Program Keluarga Harapan and Education on Poverty in the 10 Poorest Districts in Aceh. This research uses panel data from 2019-2023 in the 10 poorest districts of Aceh Province (Aceh Singkil, Gayo Lues, Pidie, Pidie Jaya, Bener Meriah, Simelue, West Aceh, Nagan Raya, Subulussalam, and North Aceh). The method used is panel data regression with the smallest quadrant or OLS (Ordinary Least Square) with the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The results of the analysis show that the Program Keluarga Harapan has a significant negative impact on poverty in the 10 poorest districts in Aceh, while the Education variable has no effect on poverty levels. The Aceh government must increase social assistance and more effective poverty reduction programs, which ensure access to quality education for 12 years, implement free and subsidized education, and reach all regions.
