Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sebuah website yang dapat memfasilitasi kebutuhan administratif masyarakat gampong emperom. melalui pendekatan metode agile, pengembangan website ini dilakukan dengan memperhatikan kebutuhan pengguna serta memastikan fleksibilitas dan adaptabilitas dalam pengembangan. fitur utama yang disediakan mencakup pengajuan surat secara online, pembuatan surat oleh pihak gampong, tanda tangan dan verifikasi surat secara online, informasi terbaru melalui berita gampong, dan pusat bantuan. penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi yang efektif dalam mempercepat proses administratif dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik di gampong emperom. kata kunci: website, gampong emperom, metode agile, pengajuan surat online, tanda tangan digital, berita gampong, pusat bantuan.

This research aims to design and develop a website to facilitate the administrative needs of the community in Gampong Emperom. Employing the Agile methodology, the website development is conducted with a focus on user needs while ensuring flexibility and adaptability in development. Key features include online document submission, document creation by Gampong officials, online signature and document verification, the latest information through Gampong news, and a help center. This research is expected to provide an effective solution to expedite administrative processes and enhance public service quality in Gampong Emperom.
