Abstrak judul : analisis faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan umkm berbasis minyak nilam di kota banda aceh nama : indah inka vanya npm 1901101010142 fakultas/jurusan : ekonomi dan bisnis / ekonomi pembangunan pembimbing : dr. ernawati, s.p., m. si konsetrasi : ekonomi pertanian aceh merupakan salah satu provinsi di indonesia yang terkenal dengan kekayaan alamnya. hal ini mempunyai potensi bagi indonesia khususnya di aceh untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan meningkatkan pendapatan dari minyak nilam pada umkm nilam di kota banda aceh. agar pendapatan umkm nilam semakin meningkat, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan seperti modal, pendidikan, tenaga kerja, dan lama usaha harus lebih diperhatikan. sehingga, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan umkm berbasis minyak nilam di kota banda aceh. penelitian ini dilakukan pada pelaku umkm di kota banda aceh dengan 9 responden. pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan skala likert. teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif kualitatif. hasil analisis menyatakan bahwa modal, pendidikan, tenaga kerja, dan lama usaha berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan umkm nilam di kota banda aceh. pemerintah dan lembaga terkait perlu menyediakan program pelatihan yang komprehensif tentang manajemen bisnis dan teknologi pertanian sebagai implikasi kebijakan agar umkm nilam lebih meningkat. kata kunci: modal, pendidikan, tenaga kerja, lama usaha, pendapatan.

ABSTRACT Title : Analysis of factors influencing the income of patchouli oil-based MSMEs in the city of Banda Aceh Name : Indah Inka Vanya NPM : 1901101010142 Faculty/Department : Economics and Business / Development Economics Supervisor : Dr. Ernawati, S.P., M. Si Concentration : Agricultural Economics Aceh is one of the provinces in Indonesia which is famous for its natural wealth. This has the potential for Indonesia, especially in Aceh, to increase economic growth by increasing income from patchouli oil for patchouli MSMEs in the city of Banda Aceh. In order for the income of Patchouli MSMEs to increase, more attention must be paid to factors that influence income, such as capital, education, labor and length of business. Thus, this research aims to determine the factors that influence the income of patchouli oil-based MSMEs in Banda Aceh City. This research was conducted on MSMEs in Banda Aceh City with 9 respondents. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale. The analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the analysis state that capital, education, labor and length of business influence the income of Patchouli MSMEs in Banda Aceh City. The government and related institutions need to provide comprehensive training programs on business management and agricultural technology as a policy implication so that Patchouli MSMEs can further increase.
