Program studi magister kesehatan masyarakat fakultas kesokteran universitas syiah kuala tesis, juni 2024 qurrata aini analisis faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pos pelayanan terpadu lanjut usia di puskesmas kota banda aceh 171 halaman +10 tabel + 5 gambar + 16 lampiran abstrak latar belakang: lansia usia 60-64 tahun adalah sebesar 52,3%. rata-rata kunjungan lansia per bulan hanya 48% dari lansia terdaftar. cakupan kegiatan posyandu lansia tertinggi adalah pemeriksaan kesehatan (95%) dan terendah pelatihan keterampilan (65%). tujuan penelitian : penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pos pelayanan terpadu lanjut usia di puskesmas kota banda aceh. metode penelitian: jenis penelitian observasional yang menggunakan rancangan cross sectional. populasi dalam penelitian ini meliputi seluruh lansia di 3 (tiga) puksesmas kota banda aceh yaitu kopelma darussalam, ulee kareng dan batoh. sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 271 orang lansia. analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah parsial least square dengan smartpls 3.0. hasil: terdapat pengaruh peran petugas kesehatan (t= 26,771; p=0,000), partipasi lansia (t=1,807; p=0,035), ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana (t= 2,859; p=0,004), aksesibiltas terhadap (t=6,778; p=0,026), kerjasama lintas sektor (t= 1,154; p=0,043), monitoring dan evaluasi terhadap efektivitas posyandu lansia di puskesmas kota banda aceh (t=4,668; p=0,000), faktor yang paling mempengaruhi efektifitas posyandu lansia di kota banda aceh adalah peran petugas kesehatan (t=26,771; p=0,000). kesimpulan: peran petugas kesehatan, partisipasi lansia, ketersediaan sarana prasarana, aksesibilitas, kerjasama lintas sektor dan monitoring evaluasi mempengaruhi efektivitas posyandu di kota banda aceh kata kunci : peran petugas kesehatan, partisipasi lansia, ketersediaan sarana prasarana, aksesibilitas, kerjasama lintas sektor, monitoring evaluasi, efektivitas posyandu daftar pustaka : 7 buku+65 jurnal penelitian (2015-2023)

The average elderly visit per month is only 48% of registered elderly. The highest coverage of Posyandu Elderly activities is health checks (95%) and the lowest is skills training (65%). Purposes : The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that influence the effectiveness of the Integrated Service Post for the Elderly at the Community Health Centers in Banda Aceh City.Research Method: The type of research is observational using a cross-sectional design. The population in this study included all elderly people in 3 (three) Community Health Centers (Puskesmas) in Banda Aceh City, namely Kopelma Darussalam, Ulee Kareng and Batoh, the sample in this study amounted to 271 elderly people. The statistical analysis used is Partial Least Square with SmartPLS 3.0. Results: There is an influence of the role of health workers (t = 26.771; p = 0.000), elderly participation (t = 1.807; p = 0.035), availability of facilities and infrastructure (t = 2.859; p = 0.004), accessibility to (t = 6.778; p = 0.026), cross-sectoral collaboration (t = 1.154; p = 0.043), monitoring and evaluation on the effectiveness of the elderly Posyandu in the Banda Aceh City Health Center (t = 4.668; p = 0.000), the factor that most influences the effectiveness of the elderly Posyandu in Banda Aceh City is the role of health workers (t = 26.771; p = 0.000). Conclusion: the role of health workers, participation of the elderly, availability of infrastructure, accessibility, cross-sector collaboration and monitoring and evaluation affect the effectiveness of Posyandu in Banda Aceh City.
