Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh perceived supervisor support terhadap employees turnover intention dan task performance yang dimediasi self efficacy pada karyawan pada pt gayo megah raya. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada perusahaan kopi gayo megah raya di aceh tengah yang berjumlah 120 0rang. sampel ditentukan dengan teknik sensus dimana keseluruhan populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah structural equaion modelling (sem). hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived supervisor support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap self efficacy, perceived supervisor support berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap employee turnover intention, perceived supervisor support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap task performance, self efficacy berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap employee turnover intention, self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap task performance, self efficacy memediasi secara parsial pengaruh perceived supervisor support terhadap employees turnover intention dan task performance. kata kunci: pengaruh perceived supervisor support, employees turnover intention, task performance, self efficacy



Abstract

Study This aim For test and analyze The Influence of Perceived Supervisor Support on Employees Turnover Intention and Task Performance Mediated by Self-Efficacy in Employees at PT Gayo Megah Raya. Population in study This is There are 120 employees at the Gayo Megah Raya coffee company in Central Aceh . Samples are determined with census techniques Where whole population made as sample . Analysis techniques used _ is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Research result show that Perceived Supervisor Support has an effect positive and significant on Self Efficacy, Perceived Supervisor Support has an influence negative and significant on Employee Turnover Intention, Perceived Supervisor Support has an influence positive and significant on Task Performance, Self Efficacy negative and significant effect on Employee Turnover Intention, Self Efficacy influential positive and significant on task performance, self-efficacy mediate in a way Partial The influence of Perceived Supervisor Support on Employees Turnover Intention and Task Performance.
