These study investigated effect of product innovation, budget system, growth and leaning perspective on financial performance (roa and roe) of microfinance institution. the study used data collected through field research to 11 microfinance lnstitutions to a quetionaire survey designed to measure the variables were analyzed using doubled regression linear model with spss 15.0 (statistical product and service solution 15`0. the result of this study are (i) product innovation and budget system are positively effected return on asset (roa) and bet.an on equity (roa) of microfinance institutions, but grouch and learning perspective is not significantly effected return on asset (roa) and return on -equity (roe) of microfinance lnstitutions. (2) simultanly roa and roe of microfinance lnstitution are effected by product innovation, budget, system, growth and earning perspective. these result of this study were generally concistent with those from prior research.
