Abstrak judul : analisis pengaruh pengalaman kerja, pendidikan dan upah terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja di coffee shop kota banda aceh nama : ellyana nim : 1901101010032 fakultas/jurusan : ekonomi dan bisnis / ekonomi pembangunan pembimbing : dr. ernawati, s.p., m. si konsetrasi : sumber daya manusia hasil penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman kerja, pendidikan, upah dan jenis kelamin terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja di coffee shop kota banda aceh. pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner sebanyak 97 responden. teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. hasil analisis dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengalaman kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja. sedangkan variabel pendidikan dan upah tidak berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja di kota banda aceh. disarankan kepada coffee shop agar lebih memperhatikan perkembangan pengetahuan dan keterampilan serta penguasaan terhadap pekerjaan yang dimikili karyawannya selama bekerja. hal ini dapat dilakukan agar coffee shop memiliki sumber daya manusia yang lebih berkualitas. kata kunci: produktivitas, pengalaman kerja, pendidikan, upah.

ABSTRACT Title : Analysis of the Influence of Work Experience, Education and Wages on Worker Productivity in Coffee Shops in Banda Aceh City Author : Ellyana NIM : 1901101010032 Fakulty/Departement : Economic Business / Economic Development Supervisor : Dr. Ernawati, S.P., M. Si Concentration : Human Resources This research aims to analyze the influence of work experience, education, wages and gender on labor productivity in coffee shops in the city of Banda Aceh. This research uses primary data with a sample size of 97 respondents. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis from this research show that the work experience variable has influential effect on labor productivity. While the variables education and wages have no effect on labor productivity in Banda Aceh City. It is recommended that coffee shops pay more attention to the development of knowledge and skills as well as mastery of the work that their employees have while working. This can be done so that coffee shops have higher quality human resources. Keywords: Productivity, Work experience, Education, Wages.
