abstrak judul : analisis pendapatan kurir freelance ekspedisi di kota banda aceh penulis : muhammad faizil abrar npm : 1801101010066 fakultas/jurusan : fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis/ekonomi pembangunan dosen pembimbing : dr. cut risya varlitya, s.e, m.si penilitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendapatan kurir freelance ekspedisi di kota banda aceh. variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendapatan kurir freelance, biaya operasional, jumlah pengantaran, pengalaman kerja, umur, dan jumlah tanggungan. data primer diperoleh melalui kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada 72 responden kurir freelance yang bekerja di perusaahaan ekspedisi shopee xpress, j&t ekspress, dan ninja xpress. model analisis yang digunakan adalah uji analisis linier berganda. hasil temuan menunjukkan tidak berpengaruhnya variabel pengalaman kerja, umur, dan jumlah tanggungan. akan tetapi terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara biaya operasional dan jumlah pengantaran terhadap pendapatan kurir freelance di kota banda aceh. diharapkan perusahaan jasa ekspedisi lebih memberikan perhatian khusus pada aspek kesejahteraan kurir freelance, termasuk kebijakan dukungan sosial, jaminan kesehatan, dan keadilan ekonomi. kata kunci: pendapatan kurir freelance, biaya operasional, jumlah pengantaran, pengalaman kerja, umur, jumlah tanggungan.

ABSTRACK Title : Analysis of Freelance Expedition Courier Income in Banda Aceh Student Name : Muhammad Faizil Abrar Student ID : 1801101010066 Faculty/Deparment : Economics and Business/Economic Development Academic Advisor : Dr. Cut Risya Varlitya, S.E, M.Si This research aims to analyze the income of freelance expedition couriers in the city of Banda Aceh. The variables used in this research are freelance courier income, operational costs), number of deliveries, work experience, age, and number of dependents. Primary data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 72 freelance courier respondents who worked at the expedition companies Shopee Xpress, J&T Ekspress, and Ninja Xpress. The analysis model used is the Multiple Linear Analysis test. The findings show that there is no influence on the variables of work experience, age and number of dependents. However, there is a significant influence between operational costs and the number of deliveries on the income of freelance couriers in Banda Aceh City. It is expected that freight forwarders pay more attention to the welfare of freelance couriers, including policies on social benefits, health insurance, and economic justice.
