Abstrak abstrak karya akhir diserahkan kepada panitia komisi ujian untuk mendapatkan gelar magister manajemen pada program studi magister manajemen fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis universitas syiah kuala. pengaruh kepribadian proaktif dan career calling terhadap kinerja anggota kepolisian yang dimediasi job crafting (studi pada kepolisian daerah aceh) oleh nabhani akbar npm: 2201202010006 konsentrasi: manajemen umum pembimbing pertama : dr. a. sakir, se., mm pembimbing kedua : dr. sofyan, s.e, mba penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran mediasi dari job crafting pada pengaruh kepribadian proaktif dan career calling terhadap kinerja pegawai kepolisian pada kepolisian daerah aceh (polda aceh). lokasi penelitian dilakukan pada kepolisian daerah aceh beralamatkan di jl. teuku nyak arief, jeulingke, kec. syiah kuala, kota banda aceh. data dikumpulkan sebanyak 258 polisi yang selanjutnya diproses dengan metode structural equation modeling (sem) untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel-variabel tersebut. hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepribadian proaktif dan job crafting berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. prilaku job crafting juga dipengaruhi oleh kepribadian proaktif dan career calling para pegawai. selanjutnya, job crafting terbukti memediasi secara parsial pengaruh kepribadian proaktif dan career calling terhadap kinerja pegawai polda aceh. kata kunci: kepribadian proaktif, career calling, job crafting, kinerja

THE INFLUENCE OF PROACTIVE PERSONALITY AND CAREER CALLING ON THE PERFORMANCE OF POLICE MEMBERS MEDIATED BY JOB CRAFTING (STUDY ON ACEH REGIONAL POLICE) By NABHANI AKBAR NPM: 2201202010006 Specialization: General Management Supervisor : Dr. A. Sakir, SE., MM Co-Supervisor : Dr. Sofyan, S.E, MBA This research aims to determine the mediating role of job crafting on the influence of proactive personality and career calling on the performance of police employees at the Aceh Regional Police (Polda Aceh). The location of the research was the Aceh Regional Police located at Jl. Teuku Nyak Arief, Jeulingke, District. Syiah Kuala, Banda Aceh City. Data was collected from 258 police officers and then processed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method to determine the influence of these variables. The research results show that proactive personality and job crafting have a significant effect on performance. Job crafting behavior is also influenced by the employee's proactive personality and career calling. Furthermore, job crafting was proven to partially mediate the influence of proactive personality and career calling on the performance of Aceh Regional Police employees.
