Daun kelor dikenal sebagai tanaman obat di indonesia dan memiliki kandungan antioksidan. daun kelor berpotensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi sediaan farmasi yaitu sediaan tablet hisap yang mengandung antioksidan dan mudah dikonsumsi. ekstrak daun kelor diperoleh dengan metode maserasi menggunakan etanol 70%. hasil karakterisasi simplisia daun kelor didapatkan kadar air simplisia daun kelor sebesar 2%, kadar abu total 4,19%, kadar sari larut air 13,57% dan kadar sari larut etanol 10,14%. hasil karakterisasi ekstrak daun kelor didapatkan kadar air ekstrak 6% dan kadar abu ekstrak 3,4%. hasil skrining fitokimia senyawa flavonoid menunjukkan hasil positif dengan terbentuknya warna kuning jingga, uji senyawa alkaloid menunjukkan hasil positif pada pereaksi bouchardat dan meyer tetapi menunjukkan hasil negatif pada pereaksi dragendorff, uji senyawa saponin menunjukkan hasil positif ditandai dengan terbentuknya busa, uji senyawa steroid menunjukkan hasil positif ditandai dengan terbentuknya warna hijau dan uji senyawa tannin menunjukkan hasil positif ditandai dengan terbentuknya warna hijau kehitaman. uji aktivitas antioksidan ekstrak daun kelor dan sediaan tablet hisap ekstrak daun kelor menggunakan metode dpph. aktivitas antioksidan ekstrak daun kelor sebesar 3,8 ppm dan tergolong sangat kuat. tablet hisap diformulasikan ke dalam dua formula, formula 1 menggunakan ekstrak daun kelor sebagai zat aktif yaitu 0,019% dan formula 2 yaitu 0,038%. pembuatan tablet hisap menggunakan metode granulasi basah. hasil evaluasi tablet hisap memenuhi persyaratan mutu dengan hasil keseimbangan bobot tablet formula 1 memiliki rata-rata 497,05 mg dan formula 2 memiliki bobot rata-rata 491,25 mg, kerapuhan tablet formula 1 sebesar 0,77% dan formula 2 sebesar 0,67%, kekerasan tablet formula 1 sebesar 8,93 kp dan formula 2 sebesar 8,64 kp, waktu hancur tablet formula 1 selama 8,14 menit dan formula 2 selama 7,8 menit. responden pada uji hedonik lebih menyukai tablet formula 2. aktivitas antioksidan pada tablet formula 1 sebesar 11,47 ppm dan formula 2 sebesar 6,02 ppm



Abstract

Moringa leaves known as medicinal plant in Indonesia and contain antioxidants. Moringa have high potential to be developed into pharmaceutical preparations, lozenges that contain antioxidants and easy to consume. Moringa leaf ethanol extract was obtained by the maceration method using 70% ethanol. The results of water content of Moringa leaf simplicia was 2%, the total ash content was 4.19%, the water soluble essence content was 13.57% and the ethanol soluble essence content was 10.14%. The results of the extract water content of moringa extract was 6% and the extract ash content was 3.4%. Phytochemical screening of Moringa leaf extract showed positive results in the flavonoid, saponin, steroid and tannin tests, but showed negative results for triterpenoids, and the alkaloid test showed positive results in the Bouchardat and Meyer reagents but negative results in Dragendorff reagent. Antioxidant activity determination of Moringa leaf extract and Moringa leaf extract lozenges using the DPPH method. The results for the antioxidant activity of Moringa leaf extract were 3.8 ppm and were classified as very strong. The lozenges are formulated into two formulas, formula 1 uses moringa leaf extract as an active ingredients at 0.019% and formula 2 at 0.038%. Making lozenges using the wet granulation method. The evaluation results of the lozenge tablets met the quality requirements with the balance results of the Formula 1 tablet having an average weight of 497.05 mg and Formula 2 having an average weight of 491.25 mg, the fragility of the Formula 1 tablet being 0.77% and Formula 2 being 0.67%, hardness tablet formula 1 was 8.93 kp and formula 2 was 8.64 kp, the disintegration time for tablet formula 1 was 8.14 minutes and formula 2 was 7.8 minutes. Respondents in the hedonic test preferred formula 2 tablets. The antioxidant activity in formula 1 tablets was 11.47 ppm and formula 2 was 6.02 ppm
