Abstrak penelitian ini mengkaji terkait alur pengajuan standar laik operasi berdasarkan permen-kp/23 tahun 2021 beserta aturan terkait dalam dunia perikanan melalui skripsi dengan menerangkan penerapan aktivitas sebelum melakukan penangkapan ikan. kelaikan suatu kapal harus memenuhi persyaratan secara administrasi dan penyesuaian fisik kapal sebagai pedoman dasar dalam mematuhi hukum dan keberlanjutan penerapan aturan tersebut. melalui penelitian langsung secara observasi kualitatif bersama tim pengawas perikanan membahas terkait kesiapan syarat administrasi non teknis dan pengecekan kapal secara teknis dengan melibatkan kapal bersamaan dengan prosedur keluarnya slo sebelum melakukan penangkapan. kata kunci : slo, pengawas, permen/kp/23 tahun 2021, kapal perikanan

ABSTRACT This research examines the flow of applying for the Operational Feasibility Standard based on PERMEN/KP/23 of 2021 and related rules in the world of fisheries through a thesis by explaining the application of activities before fishing. The feasibility of a ship must be fulfilled administratively and the physical adjustment of the ship as a basic guideline in complying with the law and the sustainability of the application of these rules. Through direct research in qualitative observation with the fisheries supervisory team, it discusses the readiness of Non-Technical Administrative Requirements and Technical Ship Checks by involving the ship along with the procedure for issuing SLOs before fishing.
