Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh workplace spirituality dan organizational citizenship behavior terhadap employee performance yang dimediasikan job satisfaction pada anggota kepolisian polda aceh. sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 369 responden. data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah metoda analisis linier berganda dengan menggunakan software statistical package for social scienced (spss). hasil analisis ini menunjukkan workplace spirituality dan organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee performance pada anggota kepolisian polda aceh. sedangkan, job satisfaction memediasi pengaruh workplace spirituality dan organizational citizenship behavior terhadap employee performance. kata kunci: employee performance, workplace spirituality, organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction

Abstract
This research aims to examine the influence of Workplace Spirituality and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Employee Performance which is mediated by Job Satisfaction among members of the Aceh Regional Police. The sample used was 369 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the Multiple Linear Analysis Method using Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) software. The results of this analysis show that Workplace Spirituality and Organizational Citizenship Behavior have a significant effect on Employee Performance of Aceh Regional Police Members. Meanwhile, it mediates the influence of Workplace Spirituality and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Employee Performance.
