Predesign of bleaching earth mill is used clay and sulfuric acid as raw material. the production process is occurred within continue and it is operated for 330 days a year. the compagny system is limited union with line and staff system in organization structural. the mill used 320 peoples as employees. the location for establishing the mill is planned in blang karing village, ganda pura sub distric, aceh jeumpa (bireun) distric, nanggroe aceh darussalam province. the water resource for the mill needed will take from peusangan river which is 8 km far from the mill location, it is about 2.520,257 kw for electrical needed which is produced from mill's generator. based on the economic calculation we find the results are : a.total capital investment = rp. 353.407.616.653, b.production cost per year = = rp. 4.716.698.887, c. the age of mill = 20 years d. break event point = 24,087% e. internal rate of return = 31,95 % f. construction time = 2 years the conclution based on the result is the predesign of bleaching earth mill is made of calcium bentonit is capable for continuing to the construction step.
