Penelitiani inii bertujuani untuki mengujii pengaruhi kepemimpinani inklusifi dani perilakui berbagii pengetahuani terhadapi organizationali citizenshipi behaviori yangi dimediasii olehi kepuasani kerjai dani keterlibatani kerjai padai badani pengelolaani keuangani kabupateni pidie.i populasii seluruhi pegawaii padai badani pengelolaani keuangani kabupateni pidiei yangi berjumlahi 108i orang..i sampeli ditentukani dengani tekniki sensusi dimanai keseluruhani populasii dijadikani sebagaii sampel.i analisisi datai dalami penelitiani inii menggunakani metodei structurali equationi modellingi i (sem).i i hasili penelitiani menunjukkani bahwai kepemimpinani inklusifi dani perilakui berbagii pengetahuani berpengaruhi terhadapi kepuasani kerja.i kepemimpinani inklusifi dani perilakui berbagii pengetahuani berpengaruhi terhadapi keterlibatani kerja.i kepemimpinani inklusif,i perilakui berbagii pengetahuan,i kepuasani kerja,i dani keterlibatani kerjai berpengaruhi terhadapi organizationali citizenshipi behavior.i kepemimpinani inklusifi dani perilakui berbagii pengetahuani berpengaruhi terhadapi organizationali citizenshipi behaviori melaluii kepuasani kerja.i kepemimpinani inklusifi dani perilakui berbagii pengetahuani berpengaruhi terhadapi organizationali citizenshipi behaviori melaluii keterlibatani kerja. katai kunci:i kepemimpinani inklusif,i perilakui berbagii pengetahuan,i organizationali citizenshipi behavior,i kepuasani kerja,i keterlibatani kerjai  



Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of inclusive leadership and knowledge sharing behavior on organizational citizenship and behavior which is mediated by job satisfaction and work engagement at the Pidie Regency Financial Management Agency. using census techniques where the entire population is used as a sample. i Data analysis in this research uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. i Inclusive leadership, i knowledge sharing behavior, i job satisfaction, i and work engagement influence organizational citizenship behavior. i Inclusive leadership and knowledge sharing behavior influence organizational citizenship behavior through job satisfaction. i Inclusive leadership and knowledge sharing behavior influences organizational citizenship and behavior through work engagement.
